What my body wants and what my mind wants are often not the same. It's like using zero calorie sweeteners. My body wants sweets because of evolutionary drives to consume calorie rich foods in times of plenty so as to have stores in times of less. I use that sweet tooth evolution gave me to derive pleasure from sweetness without giving my body the calories it wants. Sex and sex drive are fundamental similar to this.
As for contraceptives not being 100%. They would love to be able to sell you a 100% effective contraceptive, but as of now we don't have one that is 100% effective without also being anywhere close to 100% reversible. That people want to have sex without necessarily having kids doesn't mean they don't ever want kids.
But to knowingly vote for someone you know is for it is a different story. All I can go by is their speeches and history.
Bump
If you do not repent of your sins, you will be judged harshly. You don't have to be, but you just keep supporting abortion and many other things along these lines and your going to find out the hard way.
All sin can be forgiven, but none will be unless you repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior!
neither of those situations changes what our body is doing. the end of your sweaty palm experience is probably remarkably similar to an end in a moist craw, except you end up crying alone.
And I would never justify something because of anyone's culture. our culture also likes Taylor's Swift's music, Michael "Explosion" Bay movies, and Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton as our two presidential candidates.
your artificial sweetner analogy begs the question of what are you sexing that would be artificial. What you and your wifu do is none of my business.
you and a real woman getting it on doesn't compare to eating some splenda laced cookies.
a more fitting analogy would be eating said cookie and then forcing yourself to throw it up. or one of those stomach clamps. but we don't consider that healthy so I can see why you don't use it.
Show me the argument I made in favor of abortion.
It is a fitting analogy since they both are deriving the pleasures of an experience without fulfilling the evolutionary imperatives that necessitated the pleasure experiences in the first place.
I just read through your posts and you was arguing when life begins. That's an argument that the pro-choice crowd uses all the time. So then, I apologise for the misunderstanding and ask your forgiveness for making a false assumption. That's the best that I know to do.
It is a shame that society is so wicked and ungodly and devoid of enough decency that little innocent babies aren't even safe in their mothers womb! Their own mothers having a wicked devil that calls themselves a doctor murder their precious innocent little baby!
It's amazing how gracious God is not to destroy mankind.
It's not really that you made a false assumption. You didn't understand the nuance of my position, and that happens regularly here. The problem is that you consistently pass pretty harsh judgement on others, which isn't very Christian. :good!:
