Gun control activists storm Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville after 'Trans Shaman' joined Occupation of Kentucky Legislature - as fears of a left-wing Uprising loom ahead of Trans Day of Vengeance

Gun control activists were seen storming Tennessee's State Capitol Thursday amid rising fears of a left-wing uprising at a rumored protest in Washington, DC.

Footage of the ongoing insurrection, posted to social media just before 2pm, shows progressive protesters attempting to enter the Nashville legislation building, and being batted away by several members of the city's sheriff's department.

Hours earlier, outside Kentucky's State Capitol in Frankfort, an unrelated procession featuring a clergy-clothes-clad activist in clown makeup and satanic garb assembled to protest their governor's vetoing of a bill banning medical treatments for trans kids.

The civil disturbances as thousands of tweets promoting a 'trans day of vengeance' protest outside the US Supreme Court have been seen - and swiftly nixed - in the wake of the Nashville shooting, which took place on Monday.

To be honest, I was more worried during the Trump presidency as he tried to loosen/remove so many rules to give him more power.

"Well-regulated in the 18th century tended to be something like well-organized, well-armed, well-disciplined," says Rakove. "It didn't mean 'regulation' in the sense that we use it now, in that it's not about the regulatory state. There's been nuance there. It means the militia was in an effective shape to fight."

Doesn't mean what you think it does. If you aren't armed close to the government you are defending against, you aren't in effective shape to fight.
