“The manifesto is going to be released. It’s just a matter of when."

The answer is that red flag laws are the thin end of the wedge that can eventually be used to remove guns from people based on their political ideology, what they might say on social media, who they may be affiliated with, etc.

The answer is that red flag laws are the thin end of the wedge that can eventually be used to remove guns from people based on their political ideology, what they might say on social media, who they may be affiliated with, etc.

And they do not work. If a mass shooter wants to carry out their plan, they will just lie to Judge and pysch doctor, tell them what they want to hear...which has happened before.

Also, they are unconstitutional (both US and TN).
