Where does this Smokey Mountain thing come from? Besides, they're coming from Utah where there's a wall of pretty good size mountains on the East side.

Not sure if you've ever been to the Great Smokey Mtns, but they don't look like this. Both are beautiful, but most people can tell the difference.

Then head to Gus's for a late night steamed sandwich and make sure to get the fries.

Be sure you're good and sauced before braving Gus's. Makes the grease slide down a little easier.

Not sure if you've ever been to the Great Smokey Mtns, but they don't look like this. Both are beautiful, but most people can tell the difference.

Calhoun's would finish last place in any legitimate BBQ competition. It's a tourist trap. Locals who like it either have no taste or (perhaps more likely) remember the good ole days and continue to believe it's great as they are predicting another 10 win season.
