Your right, and we don't get emotional on scene...I can care less....I've never been one to need any ptsd.....like some of the tender hearts we have. I said "IF" a drunk ever killed my loved one!! And from there Its ohh a firefighter must keep his emotions together. ..not if your a drunk and kill my wife...seems pretty simple, figured most would agree, just tells me this is majority under 30 site.Shame on you. The Acedemy teaches new hires Not to be emotional at the arrival of the scene. The same goes for physicians. Those are fields where a "level head" is needed to serve others.
I understand your frustration as I was injured by a drunk driver in 1993, and I am sure you see some gruesome things. Unfortunately it comes w/ the territory for your profession.
At this point, I have no idea what you're talking about. My sole original point was that drinking and driving is not, by definition, a mistake. That is, if the person actually is drunk. EA may be 100% innocent.

My wife is a godly young woman...she doesn't drink! She's also a fitness freak
Lol how is one wrongly accussed of a DUI? Does he have a twin brother with a drinking problem, who stole his car and ID?
