I understand your frustration as I was injured by a drunk driver in 1993, and I am sure you see some gruesome things. Unfortunately it comes w/ the territory for your profession.

Your right, and we don't get emotional on scene...I can care less....I've never been one to need any ptsd.....like some of the tender hearts we have. I said "IF" a drunk ever killed my loved one!! And from there Its ohh a firefighter must keep his emotions together. ..not if your a drunk and kill my wife...seems pretty simple, figured most would agree, just tells me this is majority under 30 site.

Does Tennessee have a open container law?

Arkansas did till last year. Open container got you a DUI. They have voted it out now.

Beer between your legs gets you a DUI.

I know Godly women that have sex with Godly men when both are married and go to church every time the doors are open. In general they are good people that have screwed up but continue to try and be good people...kind of like you, me, EA and the rest of us trying to get thru this life. Nobody is perfect and most of us aren't even close.

The police officer may have screwed up while determining if the driver was intoxicated or maybe the police officer has a personal grudge against Mr. Ainge. I have no way of knowing. But it is possible that he did not commit the crime the officer is accusing him of.

Do you believe that the police should have the right to convict on the side of the road?
