Ainge DUI

In the town I live in, each person charged with a DUI is immediately sent in for a blood test. Idk the law in Knoxville, but I highly doubt he's innocent.

You can refuse the blood test. However, you may incur additional penalties for a refusal. Please review the Tennessee Annotated Code.

Ras. No reason for this my man.

I'm sorry I asked. Please forgive me.

K?
I said then that Ainge would drive this program into the ditch for 10 years and nobody has wanted to admit that all of the consequences of us coddling Ainge and trying to build up his psyche so that he could play every Saturday was the beginning of our down fall (along with other things). We wasted so much time and resources in Ainge that it took way from actually getting the other players at the time prepared and ready to play. There is no question that Ainge's drain on time and resources hurt Crompton's development and ultimately, cost Fulmer his job in the end.

Why would an innocent man refuse a blood test? Wouldn't that be the easiest way to prove his innocence?

Love Erik? No. I love his rights as a citizen.

What I don't like is your decision making ability at a time of need.

Oh your right...it would be a time of need.....you see it all the time like we do, you just say..if its ever my wife, daughter, ect..

You would too....

Man you backtrack like no other. You DID NOT merely claim you would beat someone's butt, you said you would commit murder and then your kpd buddies would look the other way. But that was after you admitted to treating certain victims based on your feelings. But please go on trying to make your idiotic statements look better, I would be ashamed of them too.

Like I said. He never had one.

It's his right to refuse.

So they set up blood testing services on the side of the road there?
No it's done by a jail emt about 2 hours after arriving at the jail at least in Virginia anyways. I was a deputy for 6 years before giving it up 2 young kids and a wife missing birthdays and Christmas etc got tough

There's a local private business downtown that does it. They call in a RN who takes the test.

And you're right...he refused a blood test because he is innocent! I hope that lawyer he advertises for is as good as he claims.

oh no Brock Lesner is back. with his 235lbs and 12% body fat anybody that talks this much crap isn't about much. I could understand if you have maybe been to war or something like that but spare everybody the bad ass attitude. My wife is 100 times more impressive than you or your freaky wife.

You love the constitution but hate private industry? Odd....And most all companies use private companies to perform drug testing. What's different here?

I understand my friend. And while those are and may be legitimate arguments I don't know if they apply here.

Fair enough?

If my life and career are concerned, and I'm a CELEBRITY, I'm going to go where I want. Not where the policeman wants. Hell he could still be mad cause I nailed his wife while in college. Maybe his wife is the rn on duty? Maybe ???????
