Ainge DUI

I'm afraid they will delete my account again. They hate me being right. I had this guy pegged in 2005 and haven't let up since.

You were banned because you bragged on a gator site "hey watch me troll VN" and then linked it for their amusement. Has nothing to do with your ridiculous campaign against Ainge. At least be honest if you want sympathy about your mistreatment by the evil mods

So your loved ones are worth more than mine or anyone else's?

The "If I caught ____ doing ___ to my family member I'd ___" post is hardly new.

Someone posts a version of it in almost every major crime story comment section.

Why it has sparked a brouhaha here is a mystery to me.

You need to read his original statement. Then get back to me.

K?

The police officer may have screwed up while determining if the driver was intoxicated or maybe the police officer has a personal grudge against Mr. Ainge. I have no way of knowing. But it is possible that he did not commit the crime the officer is accusing him of.

Do you believe that the police should have the right to convict on the side of the road?

No I don't. But I believe a failed blood test has the right to convict. And if he hadnt failed a blood test, there would no charges.

I take it your opinion of ainge is not good then.

Why not a opinion on facts avaiable?

Fair enough?

The only facts we have are the he was arrested and that he's innocent until proven guilty. I believe even Ainge is entitled to his Constitutional rights.

No dumb ass, but I don't love yours....so there's no emotional tie.....if yours was hurt, I'd feel anger toward the drunk, but wouldn't do anything. ..if it was mine?? Different story...what's so hard about this? Must have a lot of drinkers on here.

Well, Vol football over the last few years has led a few to drink.

Agreed and all I'm arguing is he is entitled to them. Not a beat down or being killed had he hurt a certain firefighters wife.

100% false. A person can be charged with DUI without a blood test.

EDIT: A person can also be convicted without a blood test.

This is a new tweet from the Producer for WATE-TV @6News and @6AroundTown. University of Tennessee alumna:

Linda Nguyen ‏@ttlnguyen
"Former UT quarterback Erik Ainge tells @6News: "I am innocent" despite DUI arrest early this morning. We'll have the latest at 11:00."

So calling out Ainge and Fulmer and the collapse of the program is trolling? OK...

In the town I live in, each person charged with a DUI is immediately sent in for a blood test. Idk the law in Knoxville, but I highly doubt he's innocent.

I can tell you love little Eric...and my original post said if ANY drunk ever ........I would whip there ass and KPD would turn there back.....and I'm a bad guy...a freaking drunk would've killed my loved one.everyone was wanting Gary Christian to get a hold of those thugs that killed his daughter, what's the freaking difference here? Maybe a lot of You drink and drive? ?

Love Erik? No. I love his rights as a citizen.

What I don't like is your decision making ability at a time of need.
