Air fresheners are illegal in Minnesota

I didn't realize you had a 2nd question and that I needed to answer it to satisfy you for today. You wanna tell me what you were asking again?

I'll see if I have any thoughts, idk, I wasn't avoiding anything. Its not like my proposal would ever be implemented anyway in the USA so who cares
You dont "need" or "have to" do anything, but if you want to have a discussion on this matter it would seem reasonable to me to at least entertain "another way".

We will need to if you want better outcomes.

But I dont really see media or social media confronting that issue.

I think you are crazy if you dont think black parents are telling their kids to comply.

If you know any black person in this country, maybe you don't? He/she/they will tell you that they've ALL had that conversation

Apparently not ALL have those conversations. Not sure why you think every black person behaves the same as every other black person.

The social issues need to be addressed at the same time. I don't hear enough cops out here making the case that we have far too many ineffective laws and far too many social issues that make their jobs worse. They have the protection of the union and still don't use that protection for good use. If these lawmakers come out with bogus laws that violate the people's rights, you cops don't say a word. But let some rogue cop shoot a civilian and all cops are on deck to defend the cops. its like you all create the "us" vs "them" environment. You all don't seem to ever stand with the people and against the lawmakers.

- The laws aren't "ineffective", social issues such as gang violence, drug addiction, homelessness and mental illness DO need to be addressed by society as these are the main factors in crime in the U.S., however the criminals are being arrested and are being let out time and time again to commit the same crimes....the police aren't necessarily the "broken" part of the criminal justice system.

- Most police don't have "unions" and i've told you this before, outside of big liberal cities, most agencies are just that

- police/sheriff departments make comments on new laws all the time, both positive and negative, your problem is you wrap every officer and agency up into some monolithic group, instead of the 45k or so different agencies that exist, with different leadership, laws, types of officers, standards and politics

-Who is defending the police officer who used a firearm negligently instead of a taser like she thought? I have stated she was mistaken and will be fired/sued appropriately for it. She's not "rogue", she is a result of an overly emotional violent situation and poor training.

- "you all don't ever stand with people" - BS again, people who call the police and people who are the actual victims of crimes are the ones who ask for our help and we stand with them. No we don't stand with felons that's true

Right. things that could be done with a taser
you have never utilized or witnessed or been shot with a taser. They don't always work, some people arent affected by them, some people don't care to be tased. Sometimes they malfunction. You have no clue of what you speak of, and it shows

A lot of these gun and drug laws.
i've had the rabbit hole discussion with you before, but what "gun laws" are you referring to? Felony possession of a weapon with intent to go armed, stolen firearm, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment? Those are the only "gun laws" i've ever arrested anyone for

I'm saying if traffic stops were just traffic stops maybe this wouldn't be the case. Give the ticket and move on - don't try to apprehend. Like I said it's a trade off

I'm not saying traffic cops can't have guns - just that if a traffic stop ended at citations most of these incidents would not occur.
and when a guy who is pulled over for speeding gets out and starts shooting at the officer, what should he do then? Run away and hope for the besT?

I know I'm behind here. I wouldn't call fleeing in a car "nonlethal" per se. Especially since it'll be at panicked high speed. But I don't think that's in play in this situation because the officer appears to have thought she had the taser and didn't. She's culpable for the negligence on that topic and I think that's where it ends. Is it murder? No. Was she trained well enough? Nope. This mistake should never happen in the field because the memory should be imbeded in training on the belt set up.
You have no idea whether or not her training was sufficient. If the training is lacking, why doesn't this happen more? Some people handle stress better than others. You really don't know until you are in the situation. Cops are asked to be superhuman and perfect, when they are thrust into chaos. It really isn't fair when they actually show human traits. How many cops have died this year that we haven't heard about?

they must not listen to their parents either, sorry their mom

You need to take a step outside the box sometimes. How could you possibly think with any certainty that all cops being armed is the best solution? How could you be dealing in such absolutes? Do you know something we don't know?
He's a cop. Automatically he thinks he knows everything.

Why the Left Ignores the Killing of a Pakistani Immigrant Uber Driver

On March 23, Mohammad Anwar of Springfield, Virginia, a 66-year-old immigrant from Pakistan earning his living as an Uber Eats driver, was killed by two girls, ages 13 and 15. They carjacked Anwar, Tasered him and then, as he held on to the car (the source of his livelihood) in an attempt to stop them from stealing it, floored the gas pedal and crashed the car, killing him when he was thrown from the vehicle.

As reported the next day in The Washington Post:
"Anwar tried to force his way back into the car by climbing on top of the teen in the driver's seat, (Detective Chad Leo of the Washington, D.C., police homicide unit) said. Before he could get all the way in, though, the 13-year-old reached over from the passenger seat, turned on the ignition and 'manipulated' the gear shift, Leo said. With Anwar 'hanging outside the car' through the open driver's door, Leo said, the vehicle lurched forward and accelerated down the block, made a sharp right turn, struck a curb and overturned, landing passenger side up. Anwar was ejected and suffered broken bones and injury to his head."
After the unharmed girls climbed out and joined the onlookers milling around the car, one of them could be heard yelling, "My phone is in there!" (The Washington Post, March 31) and, "He has my phone!" (CBS News, March 30).

I found no mainstream media that identified the girls as black.

I still am waiting for a racist comment to be shown? The only one i've seen the past week on here is from you about old white men and then how all black people have the same conversation about police

We live in the world of Volnation, where racist comments are not actually racism and any slight against old white men is completely racist and monstrous!!!
