doctor PRACTICES carry insurance not necessarily doctors themselves, and 95% of police shootings are NOT against the law or a mistake

Doctors do have immunity if they are following established law and guidelines
Officers are required to be license and certified and can lose those certifications if found to be guilty of negligence or a crime
Doctors kill people via criminal or negligence by a 200 to 1 rate of police officers...and even if fired or sued move on to other hospitals without any other penalty
Why do you think that it should be ok to sue a police officer or a doctor for any time for no reason at all? You can sue a police officer also it will just get dismissed 99% of the time because it's recognized as BSWhat? No they don't. You can sue a doctor anytime for no reason at all. ****, you could sue a doctor who didn't treat you.

They couldnt have sued the officers because they were found by jury to be not guilty of all criminal charges thus eliminating any chance of showing that the officers" violated clearly established statutory or constitutional rights of which a reasonable person would have known".Nobody said it's OK. I said it's the reality. You cannot sue a police officer over anything. They are wrongly protected from very bad behavior with qualified immunity. Kelly Thomas' parents could only sue the city because those killers were protected.

I agree those officers deserved harsher punishment, but they were found not guilty in court which complicates the legal aspect of it.
that's not true though when they were found not guilty...they had their day in court...may not agree with the verdict but it is what it is
This isn't exactly factual.doctor PRACTICES carry insurance not necessarily doctors themselves, and 95% of police shootings are NOT against the law or a mistake

Actually malpractice claims are near impossible to win. There's so much procedural red tape that it takes a REALLY big fk up for a lawyer to take it. This is from experience that I'd rather not get into. What? No they don't. You can sue a doctor anytime for no reason at all. ****, you could sue a doctor who didn't treat you.
OJ had his day in court. Not guilty. Still had to face civil suits. If a doctor facing criminal charges is found not guilty, is he now protected from civil suit? Of course not.
It's very simple. They are getting special protection from civil suits because they are cops. You're just explaining the process. You're not refuting the fact that they have special protection.

My favorite part of watching the woke crowd roll around is watching how they're literally constantly running their biggest proponents- women, especially the bored white kind- further and further down the victim hierarchy. Mystifying that any woman hops on board with movements that want them exterminated from sports competitions, physical existence, etc. etc. etc... Best examples are the woke weirdos claiming hijabs are liberating, praising a culture that only just allowed them to drive, and encouraging acceptance of a culture with something like a 500% higher incidence of domestic abuse against women.C’mon man, who here hasn’t chocked and robbed a woman?
I don't think there are many that disagree with that.Anyone with common damn sense can see the cops have crossed the line and become far too aggressive and overzealous in enforcing the pettiest of laws.
Well let me say this, also. Those protests and riots have very little to do with wanting to solve the problem of overzealous police. There is obviously another motive behind those people's actions. Useful idiots being used for a seditious and destabilizing function, imo. George Floyd's death was just a convenient catalyst.I don't think there are many that disagree with that.
The problem is the nitwits on the American left have turned a non-racial issue into a racial issue and galvanized everyone, still leaving, of course, the perpetrators (government) untouched and still in power.
