After a quick search on it, it depends on what they want to do with him. He could be facing a fine and up to a year of jail time, or he may just get off with a citation only. I'd bet on the latter more than I would the former.

In other SEC towns, police look the other way, unless it's a serious charge. KPD gets a hard on whenever they can eff around with the team. Sad.

Georgia gets a starter or two suspended every year for ticky-tack arrests -- drunken jaywalking was a particularly funny one a couple years ago. The Athens cops don't help them out much either.

I mean it can go either way it just depends on how coach wants to handle it even if nobody gets arrested it did hut the public so cbj can't brush it aside so who knows

Apparently AJ beat the hell out of the guy because he hit AJ's ex girlfriend. That's what I'm hearing from people that saw it go down.

Edit: Hit as in hit her with his hands
