I doubt it but if it happens more dbs will pop up...without fail.I hope this kid isn't playing Pruitt for the benefit of UF. He tells CJP he wants in, and therefore costs us the top two players left on the DB board if he is pulling a sucker move. I could see an opposing coach orchestrating that...It is smart if you can pull it off.

Maybe..maybe not. But if Hill doesn't end up a Vol, that is basically the gist of it. He will have cost us two players at the top of our board.
Supposedly told the staff he was a VOL.Serious question because I don't have an answer. If he were to choose UF how did he screw us? Do we know anything other than UT has gotten the majority of the CB lately, and maybe some of the UT writers speculating that he is leaning UT. Or has Hill actually said anything himself on social media or elsewhere suggesting he is a Vol?
Seriously..I am just yakkin about this, but you can believe whatever you want about what Hill has told coaches, and I will too. We will not have proof of it either way unless he does end up a Vol, and then says he had already committed like several others have when they went public...despite naysayers saying they had not.Serious question because I don't have an answer. There are some on here who would prefer to never position ourselves to land them. I'm sure you've seen those that say, "We are wasting our time" with this one or that one. Already beaten before even starting, it's crazy. It would suck but the coaches know the game and the risks. I'm sure it happens often but the only other alternative is never putting yourself in the position to land them.
The only 2 that have upset me under Pruitt is
1. Watching a UT hat getting thrown.
2. Jordan Young. CJP literally changed that kid's entire future and he chose a hell of a way to say thanks.

The hat thing didn't bother me really. Just silly to me. The Young thing I agree on. Did he even have an offer anywhere? The other side of this is I'm sure the coaches have accepted some commitments conditionally as well and will walk away if a better prospect comes along. It's a business and most everyone knows it.It would suck but the coaches know the game and the risks. i think that statement would made more sense 3 months ago. not saying he won't get one of those offers, but it has yet to come and there have been camps and pieces moving all summer long, and he's still there, and appears his interest in UT is legit. he camped at both Auburn and Bama in June....and has drawn real interest from OU, FL, USCe etc....I prefer he doesn’t commit early because it seems he’d be gone quickly if Bama or Auburn offered.
On a 10 key the zero is right below the one.Worth noting that in the chat last night, Hubbs answered a question about a recruit suggesting that it might depend on numbers since we already have 21 commits.
Of course, we only have 20 public.
People suggested it was a slip of the tongue.... per se, and that essentially Hubbs revealing we have a silent. To which Hubbs suggested it was a typo. Idk about your keyboard, but the zero on my keyboard is nowhere near the 1.
Considering Hill has stated he knows where he's going, coupled with all the "trending Vols" by VQ guys, and an announcement little over a week away..... safe to say Hill is either a silent to this staff or the VQ guys at the very least have an article/video ready.
