You mean you aren't going to argue ceaselessly for hours or even days on end about the smallest detail that you might slightly disagree on?

I would guess Heard is going to be in the interior with this class. Need a couple moreNot at all saying I don't hope we sign him, but edge isn't where we are lacking. Big bodies at the nose guard/defensive tackle is my biggest want in this class. Otherwise I'm very happy with this staffs recruiting.
Well if the nfl draft is any indication nobody has had close to his talent lol… can’t be great at everything he has found what works for him can’t knock it… glad we have Heup tho wouldn’t trade em for a single coach in the nation i believe he will get his fair share Vs Kirby.Kirby is a recruiter and a motivator. If someone has equal or better talent then he folds.
Yep, you need DL depth just as much. One thing we are pretty deep this year at DT. But I still think we sign 2 DT’s this cycle. But next year I think DT will be more a priority and look more attractive to 25 recruits depth wise. GBO!I disagree with that. It’s just less common for large dudes to have the same speed, because most that size are carrying bad weight to get there. But the best programs have guys that are both large and fast. And the best prospects, the nwaneris and franklins, can do both - be big and fast.
Just look at the in state class in TN. Three legit top DT options.Yep, you need DL depth just as much. One thing we are oretty deep this year at DT. But I still think we sign 2 DT’s this cycle. But next year I think DT will be more a priority and look more attractive to 25 recruits depth wise. GBO!
Sorry to bring it up again but this is exactly why you work a strategy that includes not overpaying in NIL. Let's say they can complete an elite class but fail to find HS DTs they believe in. By not overpaying and taking that risk, they've now conserved the money they need to go into the portal and sign some of the best DTs available... who are much more proven and seasoned. Not at all saying I don't hope we sign him, but edge isn't where we are lacking. Not sure I care. If he's a great talent then I'll be happy to get him no matter how it played out. If the staff has made him a priority... that's good enough for me.I think he is choosing the Vols on process of elimination. Texas and Florida decided to go different directions and Bama is not a factor
Think he’s been making 5* demands and teams don’t view him as a 5* is the easiest way to frame it. We’ve been consistent in our approach but always willing to let him leave if someone met his outlandish expectations. He’s obviously learned those won’t be met (unless Auburn circles back and is in need later) so will likely go to the school he’s always liked best.
