I will still contend with our hire last year that it wasn't an attractive job for big name coaches. I don't think most established coaches wanted to go through a rebuilding project (no matter the historical strength of the program) and I have always given Dooley credit for having the balls to take the challenge on (though you can argue it was a no lose). Also, take into acount NSD was barreling down quick.

Florida, however, does not have that excuse. I know Muschamp is a sexy pick, but I like it for us.
 
I'll drink to that, let's hope he and Jimbo poach the gatas!

Hell....he took on Louisiana Tech for gods sake. That had to take more balls than to accept the UT job.
I couldn't wrap my head around the hiring of Dooley at the time. I wanted Edsal. But now i wouldn't trade double D for anything. He's a great fit for UT.
