'19 AL QB Taulia Tagovailoa

There's also the transfer issue with Tua if he doesn't play... not to mention Tyson, who's coming in ready to compete. Tyson is a big, physical QB with a high ceiling and a strong legacy. When it comes to paths, UT has a good pitch.

Or they could just send him a copy of "The Book of Manning." Stepping out of your brother's shadow can be a very good thing.

Tua is going to be a legend at Bama. 3 year starter and give Tyson just enough time to be the man when called on.

At Auburn...you got the 2nd coming of Bo Nix also in same class.

Little Tag is better than both Nix and Tyson...right now. But at either school he's fighting against good competition and the fans yearning to see Old Great things come again.

Tennessee is the clear choice.

With Justin Fields at UGA... the SEC is going to have some very good teams driven by great QB play

Well, good news is with the new red shirt rule, if McBride does leave, even if shrout plays, he can still keep the RS.

If he and Crouch publicly commit today, we will finish with a top 5 class and take a huge step toward winning the East.

I think we are already a 9 to 10 wins/year program now that Pruitt is HC. (Not going to let one bad year under a lame duck coach persuade me to think guys like Guarantano, Tuttle, Bituli, Smith, Jennings, etc. aren’t capable... we’ve got a dozen NFL players on the current roster).

A top 5 class could put us right back in competition for the SEC. And before you say we’re a long way from competing with Bama, keep in mind that Butch had them on the ropes in 2016. We just need to eliminate a few key weaknesses - OL, RB, CB, OLB

Just a few? You might add quality depth.

The opportunity to be the clear number one and play sooner is so much better at UT.

It would be crazy to go wait in older brother's shadow and compete with another stud with the Bryant name when he can come here and be the man from the outset.

Totally agree. I don’t know why a kid would want to play right after his brother. I can see it if a few years pass, but not immediately after

I’ll have what LittleVol’s having.

And sad to see McBride possibly going, but business is business.

So, after looking at Bama's commitment list, it's hard not to come to the conclusion that Trussville could beat some college teams.

You mean Like QB brothers Austin and Brandon Allen who were coached by Alabama's QB coach Dan Enos at Arkansas and are now in the NFL?

Yeah, that'd be terrible for Taulia, especially when you think about the talent level of coaches and teammates, chances of winning, being drafted, etc. that Taulia would have at Bama.

Not to mention that Bama is about an hour or less from his home and he's been spending every weekend there for over a year -- already "home" for him.

 He'd be insane to choose that.
