Not sure that’s accurate. Once a kid signs an NLI recruiting rules no longer apply. I’d think just as Pruitt went to see HenryT in Cali we could go see him if we choose to do so

As I posted above they can not visit him with recruiting resrictions on and off campus leveied by NCAA until April. and only then if NCAA does not extend those restrictions on recruiting both on and off campus.

I think if Heupel somehow retains Steele (unlikely) then we have a good shot at Garner.
