We know she answered a casting call for the job. Her brother submitted her entry for it. Both of them are hauling in a nice payday for that now.

But what are her handlers up to now, besides realizing they can do this in more places to gain political control....

Because I doubt too much bad happens in the parking lot. Typically when I go to a concert I get excited by the event/group. Not the parking lot out in front seeing the stage for a first time.

They are a union that is associated the American Federation of Goveemant Employees and by extension, tha AFL-CIO. They have a pres, VP, and other officers like every union. They supported Trump in 16 and will do so in 20. The dims aren't refusing union, support, they never had it. I believe the Union support will swing predominantly Trump anyway. They liked the tax cuts and many/most are 2A advocates so they will either sit it out or vote against a pay cut and loss of more 2A rights.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., again dismissed freshman like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.,downplaying the amount of power they had amid a flurry of attention the media gave them.

“All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world,” Pelosi said of Reps.Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass.

Her comments came during a New York Times interview, published on Saturday after those four voted against a Republican measure funding humanitarian assistance at the border -- something Pelosi eventually backed amid reports of poor conditions at migrant holding facilities.

Pelosi followed her Twitter comments, saying "But they didn’t have any following. They’re four people and that’s how many votes they got.”

Members in that group have been pushing the party to the left on a number of major issues, including immigration. As Congress was weighing whether to pass that multi-billion dollar spending package, each of the four signed onto a statement accusing immigration enforcement of "killing" children.

I heard a commentator call Cortez "weapons grade stupid" and I think that is an accurate depiction of her. Along with the Islamic representatives, Pelosi has a problem on her hands. It's going to be interesting to see if she ostrocise (sp?) them through the deep state to keep her hands clean.
