Shes educated, that's not debatable - her degree from BU (cum laude) says so. No one implied that she's wise, I've already explicitly stated as much. I'm confused on why you feel the need to challenge this.

Yep. Know someone that has a college degree and was certified to teach. Over 10 years ago. Never worked in her field. Works at bowling alley over 10 years now making $9/hr. Educated, but not "wise" or possessing pertinent experience. AOC has a degree, but no experience in her field since. Said she was bartending to help pay for something or other...OK....fine if that's 2nd job. But, you graduated Cum Laude from BU and didn't work a normal job in your field for same reason and more money ?????? Interpreted means couldn't get a proper job even with her college work.

Although I disagree with AOC on virtually every position, she earned degree (with honors) in international relations and economics from Boston U. She took the job as a bartender, apparently, to help her mother out of foreclosure. You can not like her and her positions, but to mischaracterize her education and job shame her is small.

It would be far more meaningful if she earned a degree in something worthwhile. Those are simply fodder so people can sit around a fire and prognosticate on the immaterial.

There is typically a mountain of difference in the practice of a thing and the theory you get in school. Which is why I am saying she can still be uneducated about a matter even if she went to school on it.
