Although I disagree with AOC on virtually every position, she earned degree (with honors) in international relations and economics from Boston U. She took the job as a bartender, apparently, to help her mother out of foreclosure. You can not like her and her positions, but to mischaracterize her education and job shame her is small.

What value does her degree have if she doesnt put it to work? Plenty of idiots from Ivy Leagues, and plenty of smart people from community colleges. Where and what degree some one gets matters very little. Very very little. Remember Bush went to Yale or something and I doubt he ties his own shoes. It's a weak argument to hide behind a name.

Yet we are told every day on this forum how stupid Donald Trump is, and he has a degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania (an Ivy League school).

She's a member of the United States Congress at 29. Your argument that her degree in international relations and economics isn't being put to work?

Regarding the rest of your post, the assertion was made that she was "uneducated", which isn't true. No one implied that made her wise.

You can be educated and uneducated. Even with a degree in the subject matter if she isnt up to date on the topic she is "uneducated".

AOC has stubbed her toes a few time, but she's been very impressive with her questioning in house hearings. Trump can hardly string together a grammatically correct sentence. It's not even close between the two.

Nothing infuriates me more than dumb smart people. A guy I went to high school with was a Rhodes Scholarship award recipient . Damn dumbest smart kid I have ever known. He couldn’t walk and chew gum at the same time, but he was crazy book smart. He tried to talk me into working on his neighbors campaign back in college. He told me it would change my life. His neighbor and close family friend was John Edwards. Dumbass
