Go back to 2000 and see how markets performed right after the election.

You have some really close races, a President who has spent months laying the foundation for voter fraud, and late counted mail in votes that will likely turn WI and MI into a slight Biden win. We may have a real mess on our hands in the short term..

Probably won't be enough. Looks like the mail-in Milwaukee votes will tip WI to Biden, the mail-in Detroit votes will tip MI to Biden, and you will see the lead in NV grow once they count all the mail-in Vegas votes. If those 3 states hold, Trump doesn't have a path.

It’s not a hoax. Not sure that it wasn’t a weapon unleashed by China. It might be a test run to see how the public can be rounded up like sheep. But 200,000+ dead sure isn’t a hoax.

It is going to be a test on mandating masks. It shouldn’t be legal beyond the state level. A nationwide mask mandate will not fly.

It is a hoax in that the Ds used it to try to make it look like Trump failed. If anybody failed it was Cuomo, the big city mayors, the Ds for fighting everything that Trump did. He’s a bigot on 1/31 for stopping flights from China, but then he’s incompetent for not doing enough. Pelosi wants people to gather in Chinatown and party, then they have a fit and accuse Trump of creating super spreader events at his rallies. The Ds politicized it instead of uniting to fight it. Eff them.

The dollar has declined significantly since July. I put money in US companies that sell worldwide. JNJ, TUP, others. Got a lucky break when Tupperware finally decided to sell online. Poor management had them selling via those silly parties for years, and the stock price had dropped about 90%.
We have some Tupperware storage containers that are 30 years old. The cream of the crop.

I love your posts but lets talk about that 200,000+ dead. 70 to 80,000 died because four blue state Governors shoved their sick covid patients in to nursing homes while hospitals and the USS Comfort sat empty. Those could've easily been avoided.
And then you have this.

While I have no doubt that the numbers are skewed (probably both ways), the only thing that you have to look at is that there were 300,000 more deaths this year than the average from the same period the last few years. So, something obviously happened to create those numbers.

Additionally, the CDC estimates the number of flu deaths each year as well. States aren't required to report adult flu deaths, so the CDC says upfront that they just estimate flu deaths each year based on certain symptoms.

The CDC has changed so much this year that they can't say anything definitively.

Having COVID triggers those things. If you have a bad heart and catch the Corona Virus, you will die. If you catch the Corona Virus and are at risk, you will also die with pneumonia.

Martin Marietta Materials tanked. I guess Wall Street isn’t expecting shovel ready jobs. I hope MLM drops a lot more. I’d like to buy more before the infrastructure spending takes off.

Biogen is up 40%+ after a major advancement treating Alzheimer’s. Double win. Maybe Kamala pushing out Joe can be delayed.

Big day in the market for sure. Some folks on another site are trying to figure out why bonds were up (yields down) so much. I've never seen stocks and bonds both go up that much on the same day.

So I’ve never actually witnessed a President not get a second term. I was born in 88, so I can’t really claim Bush Sr. What do you do for these next 3 months if you’ve been voted out? I’d probably split lol...I mean, he donated his paycheck. What law says he has to stay? It’s a bit tongue and cheek, but after the 4 years he’s had with the media bashing and all that, hell....he might be a bit relieved.

It’s kind of funny that Nevada is only separated by 8,000 votes and still has 25% left to count.
