You keep saying "all kinds" and refer to that report, but you can't actually list facts. There was a knife that had Knox's DNA but not Kercher's...and it wasn't the murder weapon! It was from the kitchen they shared. The whole purpose of that report was to attempt to justify the court's weird theory that Guede ONLY wanted to rape her and Amanda stabbed her with Sollecito's help because they were horny! They could have proven that depravity if they had recovered that vibrator and pack of condoms one of the witnesses alleged Knox to have...weird all over...creepy judge and prosecutor and the posters who love them...on the next Geraldo
Here is a picture from the lab report of the double DNA knife:
The police were interested in The Knife because it smelt of bleach and because of its shape and size and the fact that it looked so clean compared to the other cutlery in Raffaeles kitchen drawer. It was bagged and sent to Rome for analysis.
Amandas DNA was found on the handle and a microscopic sample of Merediths DNA was found in a tiny, virtually invisible, scratch on the blade. The sample was so small that it was used up in the DNA testing.

Sure I can list facts. I've read almost every sentencing and appeals report involved in the case including the Court of Cassation's report. The one problem you are making is you are picking out certain pieces of information but not really understanding them within the context of the case. Also, you are wrong about the DNA evidence. The knife in question had Knox's DNA on the handle and Kercher's DNA on the blade-it's in the report. Also, there was copious amounts of other physical evidence that tied Knox to the crime and how this evidence fit into the reconstruction of the crime that made sense. The scenario that Knox and her lawyers painted and recounted just didn't fit the evidence and with their and the witness statements. The crime had to be fit together like a puzzle and the only scenario that fit everything was the one reconstructed in the report written by the trial judge Massei. I used to believe as you do regarding Knox's innocence until I actually started reading the reports. Massei was a very thoughtful and introspective jurist. No axe to grind there and no reason to wrongly convict Knox.
It would have been weirder for her DNA to not be on the knife, as well as everywhere else. She lives there.
The whole case against her and her ex is ludicrous.
All that work...and that "trace DNA" of Kercher's? Was too small to confirm as Kercher's...one of the justifications for the appellate reversing the verdict...that and the fact that it wasn't the murder weapon...they don't have the murder weapon. . Guede prolly tossed it when he went on the run.
That's why the appellate's decision was vacated by the Supreme Court. They aren't allowed to reverse findings of fact.
The knife was found at Solecito's. Kercher had never been there. That little spec of DNA yielded a full profile of Kercher. The defense had to explain how that DNA got there. They couldn't.
There were no facts...just half baked theories and a wild ass sex motive for the suspects that didn't rape her... That info is readily available but they didn't assail themselves of it.
Here's some more of those lack of facts you keep mentioning. The blood in the washbasin and bidet was very diluted but became more apparent with the application of pink ELI fluid. Massei explained the presence of Amandas DNA as coming from her scrubbing and washing Merediths blood off her hands. He also noted that there was a contiguous relationship between the streak in the washbasin and the other on the bidet, as if blood had fallen on to both receptacles from an object in motion. Perhaps one of Amandas rinsed hands being swiped sideways in a shake - dry movement? You really need to read the report. It is amazing how the Knox supporters keep repeating and spreading lies to the point that they then become fact.

So you buy the judge's assertion that these two kids ramped up the stakes and murdered Kercher because they were horny and Guede just wanted to rape her?
Judge Massei's guess is as good as your's or mine. Italian law requires the Judge try to determine some kind of motivation which is irrelevant to the facts of the crime and not needed for a guilty verdict. Any kind of motivation determination in this kind of case is pure speculation. I don't think Amanda necessarily intended to kill her. I think it was a drug induced game that got out of control and when Meredith screamed out Amanda impulsively stabbed her in the throat when they were trying to subdue her. I am not convinced that Solecito was even present but only showed up later to help her clean up. I think Guede took off like a bat out of hell.
