So?...facts aren't necessary? k: Peach of a system they got over there...wish they had used it against an actual guilty person like Jodi Arias.
Facts as to motivation? Facts are much more necessary in Italy's system than our system. In our system a prosecutor just has to convince a jury. No DNA, no physical evidence. People are convicted just on the basis of he said or she said. In Italy, facts are much more important because they use professional jurists. But, as I said, Italian law also requires the court to come up with a theory for motivation. The operative word is theory. A theory is not a fact.
