For instance?
The Italian legal system is horribly flawed. This trial took place in 2008. All parties were sent to prison and Knox was released 4 years later. 7 years later these retards are still trying to milk it. Case closed gtf over it, life moves on. Double jeopardy is illegal in the US and we aren't wasting our time with this Italian idiocy.
Just reading through the reports (Massei & Michelli), it just doesn't pass the smell test. There is more than enough "reasonable doubt" if she would have been tried here. It seems like the Italian system just creates and poses their theory or motive (when there doesn't seem to be a clear cut one) and then tries to make "facts" fit that narrative. Add to that the incompetence of the investigators in collecting their "evidence", it just seems like to me that they are just making it up as they go.
Do you understand from reading the reports why they zeroed in on her?
Apparently the Italian Justice System will be OK with everybody now.
P.S.-One thing everyone must understand is the exact same justices who earlier overturned her acquittal have now overturned her conviction on the same evidence.
Amanda is speaking to you SR35-
"I am tremendously relieved and grateful for the decision of the Supreme Court of Italy. The knowledge of my innocence has given me strength in the darkest times of this ordeal. And throughout this ordeal, I have received invaluable support from family, friends, and strangers. To them, I say: Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness has sustained me. I only wish that I could thank each and every one of you in person."
