Amanda Knox

For instance?

Just reading through the reports (Massei & Michelli), it just doesn't pass the smell test. There is more than enough "reasonable doubt" if she would have been tried here. It seems like the Italian system just creates and poses their theory or motive (when there doesn't seem to be a clear cut one) and then tries to make "facts" fit that narrative. Add to that the incompetence of the investigators in collecting their "evidence", it just seems like to me that they are just making it up as they go.

The Italian legal system is horribly flawed. This trial took place in 2008. All parties were sent to prison and Knox was released 4 years later. 7 years later these retards are still trying to milk it. Case closed gtf over it, life moves on. Double jeopardy is illegal in the US and we aren't wasting our time with this Italian idiocy.

I agree....I don't like the system either. However, technically it's not double jeopardy. It's just the most insane appeals/re-appeals process I have ever heard of.

Do you understand from reading the reports why they zeroed in on her?

I don't understand much of what or why they did, actually. They came up with this theory and tried to make stuff (facts) fit that narrative. Shocking!!!!!....they found her DNA in her apartment!!!! They have a weak, coerced "confession/statement" that wouldn't last 10 minutes in our system.

Meanwhile they have a ton of Guede's dna all over, but "trace" amounts of Knox's???? Seems like if 3 people participated in killing a girl, there would be much much more of each of their dna and not just one.

Again....this whole case wouldn't hold water here. We let the facts dictate the circumstances...not a system where they come up with a theory and try to cram stuff in to make it fit. First it was a satanic ritual....then it was a sex game gone wrong. I'm glad we don't live in a place that has a system that just throws crap up against a wall and sees what sticks.

Apparently the Italian Justice System will be OK with everybody now.

P.S.-One thing everyone must understand is the exact same justices who earlier overturned her acquittal have now overturned her conviction on the same evidence.

I hope you'll be able to sleep tonight knowing that there's a sex crazed killer walking free amongst her prey.

Amanda is speaking to you SR35-

"I am tremendously relieved and grateful for the decision of the Supreme Court of Italy. The knowledge of my innocence has given me strength in the darkest times of this ordeal. And throughout this ordeal, I have received invaluable support from family, friends, and strangers. To them, I say: Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness has sustained me. I only wish that I could thank each and every one of you in person."

All of her non-supporters are now on her hit list. Watch out Sand!

And as it pertains to this portion of your post, no, the Italian Justice System is a shat show of the highest order. She wouldn't have even been a suspect if it had happened in the states.

Just got back! So if one Italian judge is awesome and his report one of the most flawless legal conclusions ever documented, how much greatness can we expect from this multi judge conclusion that legally poops all over it's predecessor?
