What is their running model?

They have lots of options. The classic, made in America one is the 993. It's not a fast or particularly light running shoe, but it has great support and will last a long time. I personally use the 880v7 model. I've had issues with pes anserine bursitis over the years and I've had no flare ups since using this shoe.

I think it's extremely American too. I also think it is extremely Un-American to do it during the National Anthem.

During the national anthem is the perfect way to illustrate our freedoms compared to others. Would I do it? No. But it’s very American. Nothing celebrates our history like sending a giant F U to our political over lords in a very public way. You think our founding fathers would have drawn the line at kneeling during God Save the Queen? And before one you knuckle heads claims I am comparing Rapinoe or Kap’s actions to our founding fathers I am not. I will say we are suffering under a level of federal government abuse today that would have our founding fathers burning flags, government buildings, and full on riot. I affectionately remember my old coach calling all of his assistants insulting and childish nicknames and then publicly berating and firing them if they ever questioned his game plan. His public questioning of the integrity of the officials before during and after games was priceless. The lesson to never admit to a mistake and to blame your teammates or the refs for every negative still resonates, and I always truly admired how he would glad hand and give away game strategies to the coaches of our most hated rivals while alienating our team's former coaches who had a long history of helping our program. He was quite the man.

Trump must have been pretty shocked. Might explain this:

While he has described Fox as his favorite news outlet, Trump went after them late Sunday in a series of tweets. He criticized news anchors he didn't name as well as the network's hiring of Democratic consultant Donna Brazile as a political commentator.
