Hell yes! After all, mentally ill leftists should not be allowed to own firearms or ammo. I hope this movement spreads.

Thread by @FenixAmmunition on Thread Reader App

We've had a few potential customers call this morning to ask why they have to check a box stating they did not vote for Joe Biden in order to purchase our ammunition.
First question - are we serious?

Yes, we are serious. Joe Biden ran on a campaign built on the most radical gun control platform a major party candidate has ever had, including banning the online sale of ammunition. Essentially, a plan to bankrupt our company.
Second question - couldn't I have voted for him for other reasons?

Sure, that's possible, but if you did, you should immediately sell any firearms you own out of solidarity.
Third question - are you really willing to walk away from a paying customer simply because they voted for Joe Biden?

Yes, yes we are. We're dead serious

Normally I don't care much for mixing business with politics. I am wired to think business shouldn't be looking at blue or red. Business should only be looking at the green.

However when a politician espouses rhetoric which jeopardizes the business, battle lines are drawn and a stand may be necessary. Hope it works out for the company in this case.

Or use it as part of their identity

This is a cheap stunt to fleece maganites. It will likely work well though

I'm not sure I understand the "fleece" observation. The entire industry is currently churning out ammo that's being sold as fast as it can be made. (at least in popular calibers) In theory (of course the people ordering can lie) this would divert available ammo away from some to those the Co feels is the more valuable customer.

And what McDad said.

Because it's a cheap ploy. I haven't checked their prices but I don't remember coming across that vendor in my search

Is slo jo not your president?? Then buy your maga ammo here fellow patriot!!

That screams lowest common denominator to me. Jmo

If it is a promotional tactic, it's brilliant. It's working as needed based on your own admission.

It will alienate some but i bet many can be brought back with an apology and Biden-voter special offers (if the business wanted to go that route).

Or allocating limited supplies to a preferred customer base. In this case we'd rather sell to people that don't vote for those politicians expressly hostile to our industry.

Except they did vote for one. Likely twice

You think? I'm an ammo buyer, Biden hater and would likely avoid buying from them. Had this not come out I would never have that opinion

Yes, I do.
Had this not come out you wouldn't have never heard of them. They never showed as a vendor for you.
In that regard, the promotion (if it is a promotion) was effective. At least you are aware now this company exists.

Except they're still not a vendor and if they do pop up on my list I probably won't buy from them. That was not the case before

I'm sure they're just getting ahead of those stimulus checks though so good on them. Don't want any socialism around here

They got exposure. I don't think that is even debatable.
Was it effective? Was it good exposure? Will it result in more sales? I think these are the questions which are TBD.

I feel like this would have been a way better move when there was ammo to sell.
