Yep, let them reap what they've sown.Lol no. If portlandia wants to burn itself down and it doesnt effect other states the president needs to stfu and stay out of it. Not a federal problem.
Unless they can track violence to crossing the Columbia, which wouldnt be too hard or unrealistic. But until that point this is a state issue.

All he’s got to do is keep pointing at it and making those threats as well as keep offering federal assistance. Just like dreamers this political token is of more value as an irritant on the opposition than in taking on the responsibility for fixing it.Yep, let them reap what they've sown.
Oh you did? Ok. Ah and you said it again here too...
There we go. Already onto me and putting the asterisk by the statement “was not self defense”The force used was excessive to repel the threat, assuming that the shooter knew he was going to be maced rather than shot. The street was dark and we have the audio of what sounds like the victim and his buddy coordinating the macing. The facts could easily show that he he heard an attack being coordinated by two large men, he saw the victim with something in his hands, he saw him raise it, and he saw him discharge it before firing. Facts would need to be developed, but it's conceivable that a jury could find he feared for his life and acted in self-defense.
Yep. Let the mayor keep acting like he's got everything under control meanwhile his city is burning in the background. Has a "Baghdad Bob" feel to it. The more the mayor speaks, the weaker he looks. All he’s got to do is keep pointing at it and making those threats as well as keep offering federal assistance. Just like dreamers this political token is of more value as an irritant on the opposition than in taking on the responsibility for it.
And the dip **** governor too. Send in the state police... take the state police out. Just a continual revolving clown shown that he will just keep pointing at thru the election. Smart move politically frankly.Yep. Let the mayor keep acting like he's got everything under control meanwhile his city is burning in the background. Has a "Baghdad Bob" feel to it. The more the mayor speaks, the weaker he looks.
He can keep pointing to it all he wants. He shouldnt be threatening ish.All he’s got to do is keep pointing at it and making those threats as well as keep offering federal assistance. I do not believe there is enough actual information properly pieced together yet to draw any conclusions and I can’t discern if it was the same person or not. We simply do not have the eye witness picture.Just curious, what do you make of the audio clip I posted? Do the two voices (pre and post shooting) sound the same to you? They do to me.
He shouldn’t be threatening I agree. But keeping the message of “federal assistance is at the ready to assist local law enforcement in calming the situation but the local government continues to refuse” would be smart. But... Trump gonna TrumpHe can keep pointing to it all he wants. He shouldnt be threatening ish.

However we do know that there is an eye witness at least as the scene in Pappa who I am sure has given his statement and we know the killer is at large and doesn’t appear to be reaching out to law enforcement. So that look alone goes to frame him as guilty. At least his actions would imply he thinks he’s guilty.
