Anarchy In Portland

Martin Luther King got more done with peace than any of these jobless idiots will with violence. Governors and mayors about to be recalled for their collusion with the enemy. Police Chief's are sick of it and rebuking. This is far and distant from where most of us live, but the fact that it has been tolerated for so long in these cities, sanctuary cities that welcome the homeless and patronize their homelessness are run exclusively by people not able to quell the upheaval they have enabled. Its no wonder antifa thrives in these communities. The sky ain't falling. Civil War is miles away. Thousands compared to hundreds of millions. Accountability is being assigned as we speak. By democrats Republicans and independents.

How would we objectively know when the race problem in America has been solved? I'm serious - all the riots and protesting and breaking things - what is the problem and how do we know it is solved...what does victory look like? When have the demands been met?

I'm wondering if anybody can answer this question without nebulus answers such as "when people stop being racist" or "cops stop killing black people". What is the objective proof there is a problem and what is the objective proof it has been solved?
It’s not a race war. it’s a class war.

Did you learn anything about Portland or are we just dismissing it all?
Learn? Not sure what was to learn. The person, I dont want to assume genders here, did some talking without backing it up.

What I read didnt line up with what I have seen via pictures, videos, or local articles.

She looks exactly like I would imagine.

For me, the interesting part was he/she is explaining the climate from a point of view I have not heard. I had no idea about the divide in the state and how they view their antagonizers from the right and how they perceive them to team up with cops.

Omg. Their version of events! Shut it down. Dismiss it. Run away! It doesn't line up with the MSM.

If O'Biden is elected, this will be coming to a city near you

Who cares what celebrities think?! Oh wait, I agree with this one.

This is happening in Trump's divided America btw. I know you will immediately think "how can you blame this on Trump?" but saying it will get worse under Biden is a far more irresponsible assumption than assigning blame to Trump.

The protests were about police brutality in cities with no Republicans... Then the riots didn't exist... Now the riots exist but they are somehow Trump's fault.

Meanwhile Biden comes out and basically says two things. One, he condemns all violence. Especially white supremacists that have nothing to do with anything. No mention of BLM or Antifa. So he did exactly what Trump did with the Charlottesville protest and somehow, it was unifying this time.

Then he goes straight mafia lord and makes the claim that a bunch of people who support him will stop burning things down if he gets elected. So... Extortion.

It's nuts you want to set the precedent that Trump is responsible for the actions of people who despise Trump. You are basically promoting terrorism by suggesting that riots are a valid way to demonstrate that a person you don't like is a bad leader. It's straight lunacy.

The divide in the country is a contributing factor and Trump is the divider in chief. Nobody said he is responsible for anybody's actions other than his own. He needs to take accountability for his behavior and nobody else's. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk
