There is literally nothing unbelievable about the story.
Let's see what really happened and why tear gas was dispensed, oh yeah they were heading to Interstate 10 to shut it down 2 hours after curfewIt's a an anecdote, not a narrative. You don't find it believable that the police would escalate a situation like this? Open your eyes
Your "friends" did a really great job attempting to leave the area if they were hiding behind a pole for "shelter," eh? This is exactly like the CNN clowns claiming that they were actively attempting to remove themselves from the vicinity by remaining stationary.

4th night of protests draws thousands to downtown Phoenix on 1st night of curfew; people detained by police
Was it after 8 pm bc they put a curfew order in effect? My friend went out in Phoenix last night. This is what she said:
"My wife and I decided to hit the streets in Phoenix last night and join in the fight for police reform. It started off very peaceful and amazing! But things took a turn when the police were tired of us protesting peacefully. They declared it an unlawful assembly (for no reason) and began using force to break up the protestors. My wife, nephew and I plus two other girls who were trying to leave the area and got assaulted with rubber bullets, tear gas, and flash bangs. They used tear gas to get us out from behind the pole we were using for shelter, and then started shooting directly at us (while we had our hands raised, telling them we were trying to leave). Where we were standing—No one was looting. No one was rioting. But we were certainly assaulted by those officers. That is NOT FREEDOM!"
Oh yeah, you really found the hole in their story. There is no possible way anybody could be in a situation where they use a pole for cover.
My narrow views? What are you trying to say?
You can't be actively attempting to leave while simultaneously using a pole for "shelter" (their/your words, not mine). Please ask your friends for clarification; were they sitting around to document the "unjust" behavior of police, only to be caught red-handed, or were they actively attempting to follow instructions and leave the area?
Is this about Floyd?I'm saying you believe the protests are no longer about Floyd. No idea how you arrive there, but you are wrong. For so many people it's still about Floyd and brutality. You're trying to make your narrow view into fact, then judging others based off that. It's useless and erroneous
Is this about Floyd?
What about this?
Floyd?
This, this is about Floyd
This is about Floyd
But you, you want to cheer on your friend who was clearly breaking the laws set and blame the police. That creates divide. Now I'm going to give your ignorant a$$ the last word because I know you can't resist, your motives are clear.
Non sequitur. None of this **** means it's not about Floyd and brutality for other people.
They were ducking for cover because in a moment they were getting shot at. They weren't just hanging out behind a pole all night. Jesus
When the rioting and looting started it stopped being about Floyd. The actual peaceful protesters know who is capitalizing on their events and yet they continue to have them. If they want it to be about Floyd go sit in around the state house, city county buildings, police stations during the daytime and quit giving cover to those committing violence and destruction.
