Another bad apple (George Floyd case)

..."it very possible", "I believe", "Cops may have been"...

SMH - it's all on video and was taped live....anything else is conjecture and reaching for the narrative you want.
You act as if the media is beyond reproach. I posted two instances where they misled the viewers on live TV. Nothing ive said excuses the stupid policies of the police department. The crew didnt appear to be in harm's way. So it seems heavy handed to arrest or forcibly move them.

SMH, too.

I

I admittedly don't know one way or the other. But I can't imagine something didn't lead up to this though. Still think it was stupid to do, achieved nothing and makes them look even more incompetent.
Agreed. One party isn't required to be on moral high ground. Both could be dealing dirty.

I do?

I’ve been no fan of CNN, especially the last couple of months. Even their reporting on Minneapolis has been over the top.

But that crew getting arrested was wrong, in every way you look at it. Blaming the crew and defending the police even in the face of plain as day video just goes to show you that some people are going to believe what they want, literally no matter what.

There still hasn't been an explanation as to why the arrest happened. Seems if there was some nefarious shenanigans going somebody would come out and say it.

This group on CNN comparing the situation where the black officer killed the white woman and saying they were eager to arrest and prosecute him are wrong. That case took 8 months for an arrest warrant to be issued for the black officer, and then he turned himself in.

And don't know if this is true about the lawsuit with the other cop but if so, WTF

Derek Chauvin, the police officer who knelt on George Floyd's neck, had 18 previous complaints against him, police department says - CNN

According to the lawsuit, Ferguson was walking home from his grandmother's house with his pregnant girlfriend on October 7, 2014, when they were approached by a Minneapolis police car with Thao and another office inside.
The lawsuit claims the officers handcuffed Ferguson despite having no probable cause to believe he had committed a crime.
The officers took Ferguson's wallet and ID and the second officer ran the ID through the National Crime Information Center, a federal database, but no warrant showed up in the system, the lawsuit said.
Despite this, the second officer "falsely stated that there was a warrant out for Plaintiff's arrest," the lawsuit states. The officer questioned Ferguson about a previous incident involving people who the officer believed were Ferguson's family members, but Ferguson "said he had no information to tell the officers."
A physical altercation broke out, according to the lawsuit, then Thao threw Ferguson to the ground and began hitting him. Thao allegedly lifted Ferguson's head up by grabbing the back of Ferguson's hoodie as the other officer allegedly kicked him in the mouth.
Ferguson was taken to a hospital, but allegedly the officers "expressed impatience with medical staff caring" for Ferguson. When he was discharged, the officers allegedly threw his discharge papers -- including prescription painkillers -- in the garbage as they left the hospital, the lawsuit states.

Cops may have been under orders to not make any statements on camera other than "under arrest".
Yeah I was shopping in pigeon forge while watching and I didn’t hear much background noise besides the reporter so i figures they may have faded some of it out.... your version is definitely possible though.

i have seen a ton of “live” events falsely manipulated by the media..... I believe and trust them as much as I do politicians which is none at all.

Exactly how many acts of arson, property destruction or assaults were committed from the results of those officers?

CNN is completely FOS. They're interviewing someone within the black community that stated the black officer was immediately arrested the same day.

I do?

I suspect someone will come out and say it. But in situations like this it's typically several months after everything has died down before the general public gets all of the details.

Oh come on now. Trump and Republicans are totally evil, dirty racists that inspired this cop to go out and commit this heinous crime.

Maxine Waters says so.

He’s been invovled in three shootings and all three were legal and justified. Criticize him for this incident all day long but those past three are pretty clear justified uses of force
maybe so but how do u justify 18 complaints against him? if you were in a private sector job you'd be fired by then
