Another Sign The End Is Near

then why would somebody "choose" to live a life that generally involves them being misunderstood, ridiculed, stereotyped, and generally made fun of on a regular basis?

Same reason people are bama fans or don't eat meat. It's a personal choice that you want to do, no matter what others thing of you. It makes you happy. People choose to be gay.

For the sake of conversation, is heterosexuality a choice?

Are you naturally attracted to women? Or, do you fight off an attraction to men, and decide that you'll pursue women instead?
I think Dice Clay is the foremost philosopher in this field.

His question was do we get to the point one day we decide to flip a coin: heads it's hairpie, tails it's b*lls across the nose.

So, then, is it your contention that people choose to be straight?

It just makes no sense to me that people commit suicide over the pain of "choosing" to be gay.

One of the great thinkers of our time.

I don't know about most of you, but I didn't wake up one morning and think "you know, I'm gonna try me some of that vagina stuff" It just kind of hit me like a ton of bricks and I knew that I loved me some females. According to my parents I have always been a little girl-crazy

Yep...that's how it went down for me too.

I never once sat down and weighed the pros and cons of romancing men vs. women...I just always had an attraction to the ladies.

So, if it's that way for us, what makes it different for homosexuals? Rex, RockyTopEmpire, can you guys please explain?

Dice Clay is without doubt in my top 5 of guys that I find hilarious.

Dangerfield, Sandler, Eddie Murphy, and man Kat Williams is pretty damn funny.

True story - a former co-wroker emailed me yesterday and told me all about how she is in love with a woman that she knew from high school. They have bought a house and everything. All of this after 40+ years of fraudulant heterosexual behavior. She even has a son and an ex-husband to complete the ruse. :dunno:

I'm a fan.

Find Kat Williams a little annoying, but Eddie Murphy's the best.

I think some people are born more apt to be gay than others. Just like some people are born more apt to rob banks, murder, and rape than others. It's a choice period.

can you help me with this little origin of the universe problem and the little origin of man debate? I'm setting up the Time mag interview as I type.

You probably wouldnt agree with my opinion. You might want to call Lance Bass or Ellen.
