what good is rising to the occasion after the game is over? You going to sing our alma mater with us or something?I can see it now, like a crystal clear evening on the Bay. Tennessee comes into town, sees the big buildings, gets an influx of ego and bravado. They make their way to the field, and they dance on our Cal logo, scraping it with their cleats in a TO fashion. Then, then the game will be over, and Cal will rise to the occasion! The birth of one program, the death of another!
You guys think youre so great huh? Well, sorry, your really not. That would be Florida and LSU. You are yesterdays news. We will help to expedite that sentiment come September!
People/teams who think they are the greatest and are impervious to defeat always fall...
for what? gonna crank up the Cal - AZ tape again and watch a resounding victory.
you imply that the team might, by some minor miracle, have the talent or ability to exploit our weaknesses. your inability to run the ball whatsoever last year against our sham of a run D should provide all evidence to the contrary that you might require to stop your delusions.Actually I thought I would watch the Tenn v Air Farce game and the Tenn v Vandy game and also the Tenn v Penn St. game, among others. Which other ones should I watch? I am going to find your weakness and make sure Coach T knows about it!
You have never, ever been news. Tennessee will one day get back on top of the SEC. It might not be next year, it might not even be in the next few years, but someday. USC will own you forever.

that's the lamest two sentences you could have actually thrown together here. I'm not even sure it qualifies as an excuse. No chance our team was nervous in front of 107,000 crazy screaming people huh? Cal never plays in front of that many people. Certainly none with that passion. The most we get is 92,000 v USC in LA at the Collisium.

what's with all of the in game reporting. they don't write that part down on your record, so nobody tends to care. The part where Cal continues to be a fraud because they can't beat a quality football team, that's what people care about.are you high? cal was up by 35 points against ASU in the second quarter. and by 28 points in the 3rd quarter to UCLA.
