Anybody watching the Vandy-KY game?

I don't know how James Franklin has done so well. He doesn't seem very bright when he talks online. He looks like he doesn't even know the rules if you watch him on the sideline. He didn't have a good resume to begin with.

Kantucky and Candy are not impressing me.

Perfect scenario would be Candy lose today and we keep them from a bowl game. Franklin would soon disappear.

I am very torn about who I want to win today. Here are my scenarios.

1.)I hate Vanderbilt. I want for them to lose, and we keep them from a bowl.

2.)Vanderbilt wins and already have a bowl game secured so that would possibly make them lax against us.

what to do, what to do

The thing is... We don't impress either. I know we're used to being so much better, but this year we can't say much. I hate watching this and thinking this is probably what everyone except us is thinking about us when we play.

Don't forget they have Wake Forest to end the season. They win that game they are in.

3) Vanderbilt loses, goes into our game with their heads down. We curb stomp them coming off our bye week.

Always another option.

I know. I know but hate to admit you speak the truth. We have not impressed anyone for years. You are correct.

I would say today's crowd DOES represent at least some growth of the Vandy fanbase, or at least increased interest from the alumni. Having the stadium 3/4 full for an 11AM game against UK probably wouldn't happen if they hadn't been playing pretty well this year and the past couple seasons.

3/4? 30k? I don't know.

Love the teams burst through a wall of black toilet paper, so high school. Hope they bought at least 3 dozen hot dogs and a few 2 liter cokes to accommodate that tremendous crowd

Running through the "T" >>>>>>> running through black tissue paper.

UTs tradition >>>>> Vandy's "tradition"

Vandy feasts off turnovers. Three of their td's last week against Fla were off of turnovers and had short fields to start the drive. Their only points in the 1st half came off an INT and a blocked PAT returned for 2.

If UT can limit their turnovers and force Vandy to go the long way, they'll obviously increase their chances. Vandy's offense has been sputtering and Carta-Samuels looks rusty. Hopefully, he doesn't knock it all off in this game.
