Anybody watching the Vandy-KY game?

Vandy feasts off turnovers. Three of their td's last week against Fla were off of turnovers and had short fields to start the drive. Their only points in the 1st half came off an INT and a blocked PAT returned for 2.

If UT can limit their turnovers and force Vandy to go the long way, they'll obviously increase their chances. Vandy's offense has been sputtering and Carta-Samuels looks rusty. Hopefully, he doesn't knock it all off in this game.

Palardy will pin the deep. I have 100% faith in that young man

I was a little worried about the Vandy game but seeing as they are playing as they are at home..they are going to get killed next week.

Not since this morning. In the TRACON..which is basically the radar coverage for all of central Florida. Its like a stones throw away.

Ok cool.

I told my son we had a fellow vol fan looking out for us today right before take off. It calmed him down.

Actually the head boss controller of the tower is a Vol fan and has been there since 6 am.

Good deal.

When we landed in Orlando the plane got a little squirrelly on the back end. Plane was jerking back and forth. Had him spooked. He's better now. I let him read your post I quoted.

Thanks man.

Back to the game.

Very opportunistic defense. We better take care of the football or we'll be in big trouble and we'll lose even though we have 2-3 times as many yards of offense.

Have to stay disciplined because, as much as I hate to say it, Vandy is a well coached disciplined team. Kentucky is starting to implode to start the second half. I expect Vandy to win comfortably in the 2nd half.

This is unbelievable. Total yds at the 9 minute mark in the 3rd:

UK 206
Vandy 84..... yes, 84

Yet Vandy is winning and will win this game. Opportunistic D and team. We better be ready to play some very disciplined football.

It was like that last week too. They have just feasted on TOs and short fields.

But it's not by mistake, not an accident. They have created both, consistently, and we'll lose if we don't stop the turnovers, deadball penalties, dropped passes, etc.

I like how people think Franklin will get a big time job! Lol he's just an obnoxious version of Joker Phillips.

True but it's not the defense that created three of those INTs the past two games Receivers bobbled balls in the air. Justin Coleman is terrible but even he can grab a juggled ball out of the air and run the other way. Its not bc he actually made it happen.

Franklin will be wearing that same shirt next year. He will have to homestead in the inner city for years to come.

I can't believe I'm saying this but this is definitely a trap type game for Vandy. They're coming off their first victory over UF in like 25 years and play UT next week; plus UK is so bad even they overlook them.

Add to that a lackluster crowd for their last home game and I'm not shocked at all they are struggling.
