Anyone else think we win our last 6 games?

You think it's likely that we beat Vandy and only lose to Mizzou if we got caught looking ahead?

I'm calling both loses.

That's not what I said.

I definitely don't expect to lose to Vandy at home. And I think we beat Mizzou at home too. I think we're most likely to lose to Auburn, because (a) it's on the road and (b) we could potentially be running on a 4 game winning streak, looking ahead towards our regular season finale vs. Mizzou.

I think we drop Mizzou, Vandy, and one more of the other 4.

tennessee not won more than 4 in a row all season.

they have not won more than 2 conference games in a row.

they will lose once, if not twice.

Why in the world do you think we lose to Vandy? Because we'll be favored the most in that one?

The same team we've already lost to this month? If that's the game we're favored by the most points in out of 6, we may go 0-6.

can you really look at any game on the schedule and honestly be surprised if tennessee found a way to lose.

they had a 14 point lead with a little over 14 minutes to play and lost at home to texas a&m

it's why the board is pissed. this team is capable of anything.....except sustained success.

they fooled me too. i was saying they'd make the tournament earlier in the year. started a thread on it.

i've learned.

Of course they're capable of anything. But the chances of them pulling another TAMU is slim. That game in and of itself was a fluke.

I just don't see this team going 6-0 in their last games. In my opinion the only way we will make the tournament is to win the sec tournament.

south carolina beat texas a&m and vandy.

losing to vandy is another texas a&m, imo

For a team that's currently sitting at 7th place in the conference, that's going to be a tough row to hoe. But, I'm not sure these guys even want to make the tournament. I get the impression they don't like playing for Cuonzo, so maybe they're trying to insure they don't have to after this season.

What's not to like about playing for Martin?

A plodding "offense" (and I use that term loosely) with no discernible substitution pattern and repeatedly failing to make sure your most productive players don't get touches.

Or maybe it's the way he goes to bat for his players with the refs every night.

People thought Dooley was a nice guy for a long time as well.

i, by the way, have the same level of faith in missouri....who should win their final 5 before playing tennessee.

I think they lose to Georgia tomorrow night and after that it's all over. They won't be able to recover from that loss and will probably lose at least two more plus the first game in the SECT.

I have been concerned about Georgia game for a long time. They match up good with us and if we lose tomorrow night, then the team may just quit for the rest of the season.
A win tomorrow might start a late season run, but our inability to finish close games and execute out of timeouts makes a late season run doubtful.

Who knows what to expect. I was in Vegas this summer and thought about putting a bet on them to win the national championship. Knew it was a long shot but thought it would pay off well if it miraculously happened. Thankfully I saved my $20.

At this point I almost don't know what to do. Root for them to win to make the tournament or to lose to get CCM out. I don't dislike him. But the prospect of getting Bruce back is just too exciting.

This team will do well to beat Georgia at home...final sec record 10 wins.. 8 losses.. has trouble playing 2 halves, much less likely 6 straight games..no consistent offense.. If other team scores 70 points, Tennessee has hard time matching....will somehow figure way to lose 2 games down the stretch..

Wish I knew some of you jokers and would force you to put your money where your mouth is. Georgia over Tennessee :shakehead:
