You missed the point and are now butt hurt it that people don't agree. Grow up. He is doing nothing to be a bad rep for UT or the Texans.
Point is your just mad. I don't see where I said you want to play pro ball and you brought up the Texans.
You been drinking tonight?

The following quotes are from John P. Lopez of CBS Houston:

How Arian Foster became the worst teammate he could possibly be … « CBS Houston

"Arian Foster returned to the Texans practice field Wednesday, briefly, and could have walked away from the day with masses of fans and members of the media beginning to change their opinions about the Diva Back."

"With a childish, selfish, disingenuous post-practice act, Foster cast the middle-finger to the media, Texans fans and, most important, his teammates and coaches."

"But then he spoke to the media for the first time. What followed made Foster look even more like the Prima Donna he is. Worse, by answering every question with, “I’m just trying to be the best teammate I can be,” Foster did exactly what O’Brien preaches against.
Say what you will about all you care about is Foster producing on the field. Regardless, he acted bigger than the team, as if the rules of simple propriety and Bill O’Brien apply to everyone but him."

"He also gave himself little leeway the next time — and there will be a next time — he makes a mistake or, worse, misses time because of injuries that continue to nag. What a child."

ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!

"There were plenty of times where throughout the month I didn't have enough for food," Foster said in the 90-minute documentary. "Our stadium had like 107,000 seats; 107,000 people buying a ticket to come watch us play. It's tough just like knowing that, being aware of that. We had just won and I had a good game, 100 yards or whatever. You go outside and there's hundreds of kids waiting for you. You're signing autographs, taking pictures, whatever.
"Then I walk back, and reality sets in. I go to my dorm room, open my fridge, and there's nothing in my fridge. Hold up, man. What just happened? Why don't I have anything to show for what I just did? There was a point where we had no food, no money, so I called my coach and I said, 'Coach, we don't have no food. We don't have no money. We're hungry. Either you give us some food, or I'm gonna go do something stupid.' He came down and he brought like 50 tacos for like four or five of us. Which is an NCAA violation. [laughs] But then, the next day I walk up to the facility and I see my coach pull up in a brand new Lexus. Beautiful."

This is an NCAA problem, not a UT problem.

According to what I read Mr. Lopez say, it sounds as though I'm not the only one annoyed by Arian's childish crap. It's sad, but it seems that he is just another head case.

It's annoying that you're annoyed by Arian.

He isn't out to hurt the University, Nothing ever came of it.

I think someone needs a dose of " Be a man " and move on from it. If he annoys you ignore him. There's no need to trash a former player who gave his all for Tennessee.

He should've given a little more and held on to the ball a little tighter! You need a dose of "this is a message board" and realize when former players do foolish things, they will be discussed on the message board. If I annoy you, ignore me! How do you like that dose??

I got to meet him in person during the tailgate before his dj performance. he definitely likes to drink and was alot of fun to be around. he seemed like a really cool guy in a personal setting like that. maybe he just likes the spotlight too much. He and ainge came together and josh briscoe was there too, it was one of the coolest fan experiences ive had.

"I don't know if this will throw us into an NCAA investigation ..."

You guys can defend him all you want but this kid has no loyalty to Tennessee and, if you recall, even threatened coaches with "Either you give us some food, or I'm gonna go do something stupid."

Didn't he miss the final couple of games of his career with a deep thigh bruise? Seriously?

Arian cares about Arian. Good riddance.

AF still has a good deal of hate in his heart over the way things went down.. at UT and his start in the NFL.

It is sad that players get the short end of the stick over things outside of their control.

And the whole "Best team mate I can be" Is a whole lot better then the junk he was doing on twitter.

And people really need to drop the whole fumble thing.. If you look at the amount of carries he had here compared to the amount of fumbles. He took care of the ball very well.

It was just a couple of those fumbles happened at the worst possible time.

And FWIW.. if a helmet hits a ball. It does not matter how you are carrying it or how strong you are.. that ball is going flying.

Please give some facts on how he didn't have loyalty?
I wish he wouldnt have come back for his senior year. I've never seen such a great player. bashed for the dumbest things. If he has no loyalty its probably bc of our wonderful fanbase.
Who arre you to judge the severity of an injury? Was Ainge a wuss for hurting his thumb?

Does a UT scholarship not afford them a meal plan? They can live in the athlete's dorm or off campus, but they can still have a meal plan as a student. Where was his?

There were limits on the number of meals that athletes could have before it became an impermissible benefit according to the NCAA. This has been a huge story over the last five months or so.

Good point. In fact this injury, keeps surfacing. I heard yesterday that he is out again for a similar injury and this has resurfaced throughout his pro career.
