Just because it's in China no. The way that government works we should have been skeptical they would do things properly. And, to your point, we were playing a dangerous game. It's pretty simple IMO. We were helping to fund this research at this lab. They obviously didn't do things properly. So I have no problem with the rest of the world blaming us and China.

Again, I would bet you that there were irregularities in other states as well.

The obvious reason that the focus is on the states that he "lost" is to prove or verify that he actually did win the election. The next step would be to scour other states to see how big his margin of victory was... :p

Democrats can easily do audits in states where Biden lost. I wonder if they did, do you think Republicans would fighting so hard for those audits to be stopped?

The premise of your question is absurd. It's a waste of time for either party to still be engaging in "audits" of an election, over 4 months after the winning candidate has taken office. Since the Democratic Party has not yet devolved into a cult, with its members kneeling at the alter of a defeated narcissist with a fragile ego, it would be pointless.

The dumbest aspect to all of this bull $hit is still this: Even if you concede Arizona to Trump... it doesn't change the outcome of the election. Hell, give him Georgia too! He still damn lost.

The 2000 Presidential Election was much closer. It really did come down to one county in one state and just 568 votes. With the fact that his opponent's brother was governor of that one state, Al Gore had a much better case for having been cheated than Trump currently has. And yet, not even Al Gore went this far in contesting defeat. As a matter of fact, Gore presided over the certification of his loss in the Senate. What Republicans are doing right now is unprecedented... and just plain stupid looking.

What a crock. Donald Trump applied political pressure to Republicans in the Arizona state legislature to conduct their own audit (with 'Trump friendly' firms this time), and those eager-to-please pee-ons agreed to do it.

Two Questions:

1) Do you realize that even if Donald Trump had won the states of Arizona and Georgia, the electoral college vote count totals would look like this?:

Joe Biden (D) ............ 279 *
Donald Trump (R) .... 259

With only 270 electoral college votes needed to win... Joe Biden still would have won the election.

2) Do you realize that two post-inaugural forensic audits of the election machines and software used in Maricopa County for the 2020 Presidential General Election have already taken place (in February), with neither one uncovering any issues?

Per: www.Maricopa.gov/ForensicAudit ... from February 23, 2021:

"Maricopa County's election equipment and software passed all tests performed by two independent firms hired to conduct the forensic audits, according to reports by two federally certified Voting Systems Laboratories."

Those two firms, SLI Compliance and Pro V&V, are both experienced with the forensic auditing of election equipment and software, and they are highly reputable. Neither of which can be said for Doug Logan's joke of a firm, known comically and pathetically as "Cyber Ninjas".

So I am going to entertain your craziness for a moment. There is only one way to remove a sitting POTUS in our constitution. And he is sitting once he's been certified by Congress. That's impeachment. So you would impeach Biden. But then it goes to Harris. There is no legal method ends with Trump in office.

Apples and Oranges, in 2000 the issue was whether a paper ballot was properly mark to determine that vote. This year it’s about whether someone actually cast a ballot for a vote that was recorded

There isn't a mechanism in the United States Constitution for any such "reinstatement" of a President.

The time to prove such fraud occurred doesn't last indefinitely; nor should it. The 2020 Trump Campaign's legal representation had until the electoral college met on December 14th. However, not only did Trump's legal team fail to prove that massive fraud had occurred... they didn't even allege it had occurred when appearing in court. They would only allege it had occurred when appearing on cable news opinion shows. Given that fact, there was never any reason for the Supreme Court to grant a writ of certiorari to a Trump Campaign law suit. Nothing which they had alleged in court would have changed the outcome of the election, even if proven accurate.

Well Harris would probably get the boot too. So it would be POTUS Pelosi. I am not saying that's ideal. But that's the way it's written up. Law is law. Good thing it doesn't matter. And the only thing banana republic is trump and those of his supporters who refuse to concede. I thought vadge hats were bad. You guys are worse then the vadge hat folks from 2016.
