These idiot cyber Ninjas have the ability to compromise the machines without any of the passwords or other items that were requested and yet we are supposed to believe that these same machines are not hackable and they are safe. What will that "simple amendment" say? "The Constitution of the United States is hereby amended to state that Joe Biden is not the President and Donald Trump is the President."

Where is there anything that says the Electoral College has the authority to nullify a previously certified election?

There is no nothing regarding a presidential election..if presented itll come down to a court decision...from there it unprecedented...courts could force a revote in those states with fraud if proved, forcing the electoral college to nullify those votes...there is no clear cut path....

Under what statute or constitutional provision do courts have authority to order a new election after the election has already been certified pursuant to law?

My guess itll be his support of the BLM riots or more likely Hunters international dealings and paintings...if I had to guess Id say thats being watched very closely....or they could go 25th amendment then impeach harris and Pelosi for supporting the riots..tough to say

Chuck Schumer (New York)
Patrick Leahy (Vermont)
Tammy Duckworth (Illinois)
Alex Padilla (California) - This was Kamala Harris's seat. Padilla may lose, but it won't be to a Republican.

There is no way that you could believe that this is possible.

like the bible it depends on interpretation..
Some legal scholars maintain that the language in Article II of the Constitution prevents holding a presidential election again, thus putting it beyond the power of the courts to order a re-vote, as they have occasionally done for other offices. Others suggest that there is legal precedent for a presidential re-vote if there were flaws in the process.

Um we went thru 2 impeachment process with Trump with no fraudlent proof in the 1st and "fight like.hell the 2nd" so for example harria support a bail relief fund for riots ials definitely promoting violence and a much more stable case...but your right it similar BS to what has been happening..do you not agree that funding rioters release is supporting those riots

It's always gang warfare and the idiocy never stops. Sure the trials were nonsense but Trump was a moron and a terrible leader. Honestly he wasn't fit for that office. If you believe what happened to him was nonsense then you don't been for your side to do the same. Grow up, move on and pick a better candidate

Trump did more then most...was he a.conceded ass..yup 100% of the time..good leader..naw. to wrapped up in himself..we have better candidates and they will rise up...Trump has the popularity with conservatives..DeSantis will be a tough fight for him..Id prefer Trump to step back..but his ego wont let him...
As for my side doing the same...it wasnt Republicans thats recalled Newsome in cali....and for me to get rid of candidates who openly hurt americans...im all for it...call it what you want...6 months has been enough time to proved this administration the most corrupt..
