This implies that if is synonymous with "when." You're posts have clearly indicated you believe the steal was real and/or there was systemic election fraud.

ZERO evidence has been produced. I was sure that cyber ninjas were going to trot into court with a tens of thousands of real or imagined 'sus' ballots to appease their trump boot licker clients. Turns out that they can't even do that and that the Arizona R's are calling out the CN's botched audit. Can't wait to see what this cost the trumpers who bought into this BS and donated money.

I have a very strong feeling that if we ever get a real good candidate for president that you'll hate them worse than Trump. Maybe you're the on that should calibrate your feelings as to what a good candidate is.

Shrink govt, spend massive amounts less across the board, let people be free, bring troops home. Get a candidate who supports that and I'll be behind them

Exactly, you get 2 out of 4 and you hate the candidate. I'm quite sure if you got all 4 and they make a mean tweet, you'll likely be for impeachment.

From what i can tell, the article you cite supposes a revote before the Electoral certification or postponement of certification until after a revote is complete. P. 245.

Correct is also stated it uncharted which i have said...local elections have had courts order redo elections so there is a precedent set, just not on a presidential election..

At the end of 4yrs I'm not even sure we got close to trying 1 of those. Let's get someone who's am actual leader and isn't propped up because he can fire. There's a difference

That's exactly what I'm talking about. You throw stones at others for picking candidates from your glass palace. The America first populism that Trump ran on but didn't execute it well is exactly what you claim you want. If we ever get that, I'm quite sure you'll hate that candidate.

I listed out what I want and does not list America first populism. My main issues are spending and individual freedom. Why the hell would I ever support Trump or the gop if that's the case?

Why do I care what Trump ran on as opposed to what he actually did? He also ran on easily eliminating the entire debt but we didn't quite get there did we?

Our republic can’t survive many more “lesser of two evils” elections. Fealty to the two party system is the problem and will never be part of the cure.

He gave you freedom and no new wars to specifically call out what you were asking for. He caved to the uniparty and that's on him.

More freedom? Not that I recognize.

I said bring troops home not just no new wars. That means eliminating needless bases around the world. He increased military spending which means many new toys that will get used in the future. He removed death reporting from drone strikes which decreased govt accountability

So we're back to square one and want a judge to overturn a certified election and remove a sitting president, but can't point to any statute or constitutional provision that allows for such.
