Yes, Danny White was so consumed with the LV program that his social media staff had no time to post……no other explanation is possible

A strike ? For bringing in who she wants to do her recruiting ? You gotta be ***** kidding me ! Kellie is solely responsible for the roster. If she was GOOD at her job which is coaching she would still be the HC. She failed to meet expectations while she was here. Average is not good enough. Kim has to find the people she can manage and oversee. She will be fine.

Maybe she did, but if you think I'd CKC misses the tournament her first 2 years and is still employed at UT, I'd say you're wrong. I'm all about it's her show. She can hire who she wants. She better be very good at that or she won't be here long. As long as she makes the tournament, they'll give her time. I hope she can.

TBH I think that was kinda screwy of Kellie.

There is NO WAY she did not know this may be coming. Just no way. If she had her head that far in the sand that would have been a huge part of the problem.

Especially having a kid visit the day you know you’re meeting the with AD. I’m sorry, but how is that a good plan when half the fan base thinks you’re in the hot seat?

Me personally I think the hot seat came after kamilla hit that shot but idk maybe she hit the portal after the loss to nc state and scheduled some kids and Danny was like na this or this idk😭😭

I know the narrative is that Danny White does not do anything without a meticulous forethought and planning but this whole coach search process really looks surprisingly spur of the moment.

I maintain it was after the back to back home losses to ND and Ohio State and then immediately losing a third to MTSU. Felt like she was put on notice at that time.

I wouldn’t be so certain. She had to be on his radar after she won the Pat Summitt trophy. She was also just voted the WBCA Newcomer of the year. She’s not the nobody people keep making her out to be.

And I still just have a hard time believing Harper could not have had some sense she was in a tough spot. Have you ever worked with someone you knew was going to get fired but they had NO idea?

Super uncomfortable lol and I don’t mean because you’ve been told. They are just not cutting the mustard or cause issues and you know it’s coming and they are oblivious. If that’s where she was that’s wild to me, especially at this professional level of coaching. I think she deserves more credit than that which would be to assume she had some sense it was coming.

Her last couple pressers still stand out to me as someone who knew their dream was ending. Was hard for me to watch. Especially when she cried during the South Carolina presser. When the coach is crying in the presser it’s generally not a good sign.

Wonder how much they are willing to spend on a coach/recruiting coordinator. So will the coach have 2 or 3 assistants?

I imagine Kim has enough sense to field a class of good basketball players. Many will follow a winning coach especially one with a trophy case full of national championships. Before many of you make some smart azz remarks , I do realize that none of the trophies mentioned belong to Kim !
