No, because the UN resolutions were the heart of the matter, period. Guess you have no idea about that. The actionable intelligence was simply corroboration for violations of everything UN. Tell me yo have some remote clue, please.

The way that conversation is going he will tell you he has the TV version of 'Clue' and it does indeed have a remote.

Good luck finding that in the wing of the party that thinks selling "Intelligent Design" as science and "Faith Based Initiatives" as social programs is the route America wants to travel.
it's not very hard to simply ignore the social conservatives. Find a fiscal conservatives that lean center on the rest of the garbage, which I suspect describes a reasonable percentage of the R party.

...or the party that thinks the interests of blastocysts outweighs those of quadripalegics, burn victims, and those suffering from Parkinson's.

Apparently, it is. The GOP continues to act as if they have to appease them. That's how you get great ideas like Sarah Palin.

And I guess the 2002 State of the Union address had nothing to do with selling the public, and everything to do with the UN.

You can go ahead and add Colin Powell to the list to, considering he jumped ship as well. He must be partisan too, after all, he is a dirty republican Obama supporter.

See 2000 and 2004.

the idiot elected should have now marginalized that crowd. Government program slashing conservatism will have enormous appeal. Too bad McCain forgot that and went hardcore populist.

Yes. Something that upwards of 75% of Americans agreed with doing...but was vetoed by by the guy that shares the view of Jesus coming back to earth one day trailing clouds of glory while reigning death and destruction.

True, Soros and Company aren't exactly handing out $100 bills to the poor.

Find me a Republican that actually walks the talk on that issue.
the next national election will find you some. The party definitely went stupid for years.

Obama, like Carter, will serve as a very good reminder of the wastefulness of half-assed gov't solutions.

Therein lies the problem. Republicans are finding out the hard way that they can't win an entitlement giveaway contest.

That is not biblically accurate.

:p

The dreams of stem cells allowing cripples to walk around aren't much less far fetched. I'm in favor of stem cell research, but it's still a long shot.
