He hit well over .300 in 50+ post season games. I think he's one the best players to ever play.

Honest question. Do you think Ichiro was better than Rose? Cause Ichiro's batting was the same plus he was an elite defender/base runner and Rose wasnt

Not better, but close . The postseason numbers stand out for Rose. I'm not sure how many post season games Ichiro has played in.

I wish Ichiro came over at 18. He would have been something crazy great if he had a little more American influence in his game
 
I mean I know you got to watch him but what hurts is his lack of defense. If you're not going to slug I need defense.

He really was Ichiro with no defense and no baserunning and nothing else. He was a poor man's Tony Gwynn. And the fact that he was a regular first baseman (.260, no HRs) for the Reds while he broke the record was hilarious -- I think they finished second a couple of years when they might have won it if they'd had a decent first baseman.
