Chris Johnson over Justin Upton might just be the dumbest **** Fredi has ever done.
Upton career slash: .275/.356/.473 with a 118 OPS+
Johnson career slash: .289/.328/.438 with a 108 OPS+
Seems legit you guys.

Z, what's this basketvols recruiting class gonna be like?
Y'all have been busy today.
1. I dont know about "implosion," but I do think that the NFL may come to regret its Faustian deal with fantasy football. Theres no doubt that its jacked interest in the NFL way through the roof, because it's fun, but Id argue that its devalued their actual on-the-field product. If youve become used to watching the RedZone channel, then sitting and watching only one game at a time is like sitting through womens basketball. I just feel like the key to survival over decades for a sport has to be tied to the strength of their core fans, and this wholesale embracing of fantasy by the NFL and its TV partners has made being an old-fashioned fan sort of anachronistic. I personally know two former season ticket holders who quit going to live games because theyd rather stay home and watch RedZone so they can see all the games ie, follow their fantasy teams. When national interest in fantasy football inevitably wanes, I just dont know that everybodys going to go back to being a regular old school one-game-at-a-time football fan again.
If you think the first (or second) round of the nba playoffs is pointless, you haven't been paying attention to the western conference.
I agree with most of this, but unfortunately, I don't think fantasy football is going anywhere any time soon. There are obviously some casual folks who are playing just for the fun of it, but there are also a ton of folks out there who stand to win large chunks of money for winning their fantasy leagues each year. As long as that carrot is dangling out in front of people, they're going to care about their fantasy teams.
I think Cuban made good points about them reaching a point of diminishing returns by trying to play 3 or 4 nights a week. The bottom line is most people don't want to do the same thing every night.
