Auburn/Cam Newton situation (merged)

baxter at sc got suspended for a game for taking a free golf cart ride, yet newton gets nothing?

key part of this release is the inclusion of "at this time" i.e. the investigation isn't over.

The SEC’s by-laws state that no parent or guardian or other agent can solicit money on behalf of a player without the player being ruled ineligible.

NCAA just ruled that his dad solicited money from MSU... I guess this rule just got broken and is pushed aside.

lying, cheating, thieves, and all around pieces of trash will get their karma in due time. This is one I will be waiting for.

Bull****!!

The NCAA has never done anything this fast. There is no way the NCAA can have all the facts. If they do, then their investigators need to find new jobs

are you so stupid to think that some athletes at all schools don't get "benefits" one way or the other? you look like the piece of trash for bashing a kid, when it was his fathers doing

the entire hipocracy of the NCAA is just comedy

and then we have people being called "pieces of crap"

incredible.

keep acting like this pseudo Amateurism the NCAA has been selling is creating some moral dilemna and makes kids worthy of being called pieces of crap.

this is the system we have. it doesnt work, and it never has worked. its a Money grab from every possible angle.

schools & conferences doing whatever to make the largest possible profit (TCU to Big East  )

NCAA Non profit Organization, and everyone only cares about Money
