Australia going full communist

We have the same things at our borders and you cheer them on? WTF? Being consistent in you lunacy

You have lost your mind. Where in the United States do we have covid quarantine camps? If you are referring to the catastrophe on the border, thats a completely different subject and I definitely do not cheer it on. What's happening on our border is the direct result of having a complete moron in office.

The picture you posted was of a detainment camp for illegals.

The poor Aussies have lost their ever loving minds with the virus crap. Covid is not going away by quarantining people and lockdowns. Once it runs its course it'll be done. Trying to delay it only makes things worse.

Take a vacation to Australia.
I had a bucket list trip to Australia and New Zealand circled for the past few years and found a great trip that lasted about a month and covered both countries. After seeing how they have overreacted to covid, I have decided I'll visit down under right after I go back to San Francisco and LA.

I'd like a little more context than a youtube type video.

Mandatory supervised quarantine and fees

You are required to quarantine at the facility closest to your entry into the Northern Territory unless otherwise directed by the Chief Health Officer or their delegate.

You will be required to undertake 14 days mandatory supervised quarantine if you are a repatriated Australian, or you are a returning Territorian who has been in a declared hotspot or public exposure site or is returning from overseas.

If you have been in a declared hotspot within the last 14 days but then spent time in an area that is not a hotspot immediately before crossing the NT border, that time will be deducted from your 14 days of quarantine.

Teenagers from remote NT community in custody after escape from Howard Springs quarantine

He said all three were from the Binjari community near Katherine and had been sent into quarantine as close contacts of positive cases.

Inside Australiaโ€™s Covid internment camp

Hayley Hodgson, 26, moved to Darwin from Melbourne to escape the never-ending lockdowns โ€” only to find herself locked up in a Covid Internment Camp without even having the virus.

Sheโ€™s just returned from a 14-day detention at Howard Springs, the 2000-capacity Covid camp outside Darwin to which regional Covid cases are transported by the authorities. In an exclusive interview with Freddie Sayers, she recounted her experiences.

It all began when a friend of hers tested positive. She recounts how investigators came to her home shortly afterwards, having run the numberplate of her scooter to identify her as a โ€˜close contactโ€™. They asked if she had done a Covid test, and in the moment she lied and said she had, when she in fact had not yet. This set in train an extraordinary series of events.

Head up to the Alaska like you said...and never look back. As far away from this world idiocy as one can get,

As I understand it. These camps are for people that have traveled internationally? You travel, you quarantine upon return.

That is what it started out as. It is also housing residents from Katherine and surrounding areas, where an outbreak of COVID-19 erupted last month. Many of those people are from Indigenous communities in the NT.

The cost is $2,500 per person or $5,000 per family. I would hope that these fees are waved for locals.

Say what? They charge you to stick you in quarantine?

Thank God we kicked the monarchy out of this country.

They're trying it out there. They want to roll it out everywhere. If you're claiming it's just for quarantine after travelling you're either a moron or a propagandist.
