They're both playing great tennis, but Roger on the hardcourt... tough to go against that.
It is early in the season, so he should be able to bounce back a little more easily... But yes, it is a tall order. That, combined with the fact that Nadal was on court for 5 hrs and 14 minutes with one less day of rest. Nadal did beat Fed on grass last year, but the surface was slower than ever in that match. Nadal looked like a whooped dog coming off the court with Verdasco. He may be in spectacular shape, but I think it's probably gonna be too much to overcome this time.
If she'd focus and keep in shape, age could probably win all of them this year. French will be tough, but she has to be the favorite in the others, even over Venus at Wimbledon.

she looked sluggish in a lot of matches imo. I still believe she would have lost to Azarenka. I think with Safina, Dementieva, Jankovic and likely healthy by middle of the year (and next major) Ivanovic and Sharapova, there's no way Serena can win all of them. Not to mention that 2,356 up and comers ready to make a splash like Kusnetsova, Petrova, Wasniacki and Azarenka.
