How would bringing back the man that was responsible for the demise of the program feel nice in any way?
Yeah Pete is a long shot imo. But, why not Petrino. He can go have affairs and ride motorcycles all he wants if he wins.

His loyalty to his wife and his loyalty to the programs he coaches mirror each other. (See Louisville, Atlanta Falcons, Arkansas incident) He would leave UT the first time a "dream" job came available. Petrino would be Kiffin 2.0....possibly worse.
