Based on the movie, time travel doesnt work like that. Nothing was "negated", Hulk just brought everyone back. Gamora just gets to still exist because she jumped forward with Thanos.Isn’t she alive now since they undid the snap and negated her being sacrificed for the soul stone? But, she’s a different Gamora because she doesn’t have the history or previous connection to the Guardians, thus isn’t in love with Quill.
I rolled my eyes hard at that women's "we got this" moment too.Only a few complaints for me. One was the "female power" montage, where when Captain Marvel showed up and it was like all of the women magically assembled to fight the bad guys without the men. I get it, women are powerful. They were just as powerful a minute earlier when they were fighting side by side with the guys. Also, I get there are lots of other planets to help, but Captain Marvel goes MIA until the very end. I get she is the new phase of Marvel, so this movie wasn't for her, but it just seemed weird.
I was fine with the way they brought her back, but seemed a little unfair since Iron Man, Black Widow, and Vision all had to stay dead. It might’ve been the only logical way to do it, but I had several other grievances as well.I watched yesterday, but I’m still not sure what to think about Gamora’s fate. What do you guys think?
It does seem they created a bit of a gap now, because doesnt that mean they could just go back in time again and pull Black Widow forward with them?I was fine with the way they brought her back, but seemed a little unfair since Iron Man, Black Widow, and Vision all had to stay dead. It might’ve been the only logical way to do it, but I had several other grievances as well.
I actually half expected Tony to pop back and make some smartass quip or something. It was foreshadowed he would not, and it would be less about him, with his conversation with his dad, but I still kinda felt like I held my breath until they moved to the funeral.Only "shocking" part was Black Widow died. Stark getting got was sooooo predictable. I had to roll my eyes when he died. There for a moment when he was sitting there dying I thought they had turned him into a vegetable (the gauntlet had fried his brain). That would have been worse for him than dying IMO. Lebowski-Thor was the second-best part of the movie.
Finding out Meek and Korg are still alive was the best. Damn noobmaster69.
Why did Peter Parker reunite with his buddy in the school hallways? Isn't it 5 years later?
Good point
That doesn't make sense, i think you're making it up.
Nope Hawkeye's kids were a (dusted) there for didn't age. However they were still a bit older than Tony & Pepper's daughter when they were returned. Remember that Tony & Pepper had their daughter during the five years after everyone disappeared that is why Tony was afraid to undo it as he thought his daughter would cease to exist.Weren't Hawkeye's and Tony's kids the same ages as well?
