Bama Officiating….

Why did the officials let us get a 20-7 lead in the first half, and then let Bama go 27-0 in the 2nd. If you wanted to cheat why make it obvious. I agree there we some bad calls, but I have to concede the loss

I found it funny, but not surprising in the least, how the broadcast refused to show or even acknowledge the kick from Burton. Every replay cut away right before he kicks. Gary would have had a field day if it was TN player doing the kicking.
Good to see people are waking up to the system that's in play ..This isn't just a bama thing ..The commentators during games are just part of the show ..They play a very important roll. Convincing the viewers to unsee what they have just seen ..Just to add the cherry on top they bring in a "reviews specialist" to help sway your opinion..

That’s the response I was waiting for with this thread! Who’s taking the red pill is basically what it Voils down to
U can stay comfortable in ur way of thinking and continue to say we need to do this that or the other to win but some have already realized it’s deeper than that! I’ve watched football for longer than most of y’all have been alive. The way the refs call games these days would’ve caused a revolt back in the day! People bend over and take it and I’m tired of it-for all of us! WTfU

and yeah that’s Wake the F Up

The one flag thrown on Bama and the whistle blown to stop play was also incorrect. They called illegal procedure.
Wrong..The ball was snapped when Milroe wasn't looking. Nothing else happened. The play should have continued, Tennessee would have sacked him or scooped and scored.

His forearm made contact with the side of the helmet. A punch in the head would have broken his hand.
Yes the officiating was atrocious.
However that should have been a penalty. The guy was down and the defender came in an throws a forearm to the helmet. How is that trying to dislodge the ball? His helmet and the forearm was nowhere near the ball

It absolutely should have been called.
But watch it again. He throws 2 punches in the play. An uppercut from one side of the ball then the overhand from the other. The overhand lands on the ball. It was clearly an attempt to cause a fumble.
The lack of that call doesn’t negate 21 points for bama associated with other bad calls. And that doesn’t include the punch thrown at Milton that caused his fumble. (If we’re calling punching out the ball now ) Call them all correctly and consistently. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.

Agreed, however we have people wearing Orange tinted glasses saying " he was just trying to knock the ball lose"

Garbage like this is rampant at this level of football. Programs are protected in order to get a chance to get a place in the playoff.

Get ready folks. They will screw us again when Georgia comes to town next month.

Times like this have me thinking of becoming more of an FCS fan. The 24 team playoff takes much of this dirty dealing off the table.

I'm thinking that the refes have been told not to make certain calls that will slow the game down. "Turn a blind eye".

I admit I haven't watched every game, to see if this is true or it just feels that way because that's two weeks in a row the refs seemed really blind to a lot of calls, both ways.

I'm very happy that someone in the media has called out the officiating for what it is. I have seen bad officiating before, sometimes where it was obvious was a bias. I have never seen such a blatant hit job against any team ever before. We all saw what happened in the Florida game, the refs actually kicked the ball; they allowed UF to substitute when they clearly were not allowed to, and much more. This Alabama game was a hit job of epic proportions. Something needs to be done to address this. I hope Danny White has the cajones to properly address this.

They were still moving. It wasn’t an intentional head shot. Should it have been called? Probably…

Probably didn't call it so when you go back and look at the calls the zebra can see we didn't call everything 🥴
