Bama player appeared to hit woman as he left the field…

I mean if it’s legal to slap people into a daze and only have to take “anger management” classes with no real repercussions…

Then UT could get a few of the backup D line to go slap the **** out of opposing teams star players before each game.

Then UT can just “handle it internally”.

Since it’s fine to assault people now.
There is another option. Since bama chose not to punish the guy, the victim does have legal options along with evidence. She can press charges or sue him and the school. Given our society these days, I'm actually surprised it hasn't happened yet.

So from some of y’all’s view on this. He should have just started hitting people as he’s walking off the field because they shouldn’t have been there ? 🤣

That’s basically what they’re saying. It’s excusable bc they shouldn’t have been there. Pretty sad. 🤦‍♂️

It's kinda sad that we have people defending this guy for hitting a girl "because she shouldn't have been there", but not a peep from them about all the other schools rushing the field the past two weeks. You'd think they'd be all upset, and claiming those fans deserved to be hit, but not a word. Only thing they're saying is this girl deserved it, makes me wonder how many times they smack their ladies around. Yeah, I said it.

Clemson does it every week. Not a peep.
Saban has no problem with it happening on him til one of his starters commits two instances of assault. Suddenly he's scared. ****in gaslighting

So Burton played Saturday night against Miss State. Saben stated he saw no reason to suspend Burton because he was scared. That doesn't look like a scared person hitting a woman to me.

If ESPN’s premiere college football commentators are going to side with Burton on this then maybe the network shouldn’t be showing the storming of the field all over place and gushing about how great of an atmosphere it was. Insanely hypocritical.
Maybe they shouldn’t push women’s issues either or be selectively woke

He wasn’t scared, he was pissed and decided to take it out on a female. His coaches took no action, TV host blow it off because she shouldn’t be on field and some people on VN agree. Pathetic!

I'm not sure how Burton avoids wetting himself, losing bowel control, and curling up in the fetal position every game, what with all those scary fans up there in the stands. Wait a minute...that's what the entire Alabama defense did against the Vols.

And you seem oblivious to the facts that they were both wrong, and if She wasn't on the field, it wouldn't have happened. No one cares about your feelings. She was wrong, He was wrong.
If she wasn't at the game, it wouldn't have happened, either, which would be an equally ridiculous take.

Figured with the Alabama fans wanting to start rumors of someone getting beat up Saturday, it would be good to start this thread to show evidence of Jermaine Burton assaulting a girl.

the TN postgame celebration was shown on vid to be "respectful" and "positive" (i.e. celebrating a passionate victory VS anything damaging persons might do in hatred/retalition)

regarding opposing fanbase post-win on-field celebrations, here is nugget, from the chief himself (this in response to a Auburn fanbase on-field celebration) :

“I never feel threatened,” Saban said. “People are very respectful, actually. We have very good police protection and they’ve been very helpful. Hey, I’m excited that people are excited and back to watching football and being in games and having the opportunity to demonstrate their passion ...”

Saban -- though he’d rather not have to dodge rowdy fans after a disappointing loss -- gets it.

“We’re in the entertainment business,” he said Oct. 18. “There’s a lot of people that come to the games. They have a lot of passion and excitement for what they do. Hopefully, as institutions and fans, we’ll always do that in a positive way.”

Alabama fans say they’ve never rushed a field. We looked into it.

Well $hit Bruh, I suppose if they both weren't born, it wouldn't have happened either. In the context of the events right ?!....I shouldn't have to hold your hand and walk you through this.

It happened because Burton can't control himself, Einstein. That is the only reason it happened.

He knows he just trying to get a rise out of people and it worked. No true vol fan can be ok with that or should be ok with that. Which leads me to believe he's not a vol fan. Or he's got anger issues with the female gender himself..

It was OUR field and even if it wasn't, you don't raise a hand to a woman. No excuse for it and the message Saban and Bama sent is being received loud and clear.
