Best Concerts You've Attended

Yes - front row, center, Mud Island amphitheater, Memphis, TN
Jerry Cantrell as warm up band for Nickelback - Memphis, TN
Chet Atkins - Chastain Theater, Atlanta, GA
Little Feat - Minglewood Hall, Memphis, 2010

Avett Brothers are always solid (homer, I know)

Dropkick Murphy's at Bonnaroo blew me away (had no expectations)

Bruce Springsteen killed it at the 'roo as well.

Josh Ritter puts on a good show.

I saw The Spill Canvas when they first started out and it was a great show. They suck now.

Dustin Kensrue solo is really good.

Really wanna see The Killers and Mumford live next.

That was actually called Anderson Bruford Wakeman and Howe wasn't it? They couldn't use the Yes name at the time because Chris Squire owned it and was still playing in Yes with Alan White, Tony Kaye and Trevor Rabin

Regardless, I saw the same tour. The best "Yes" show since the In the Round tour in the late 70s and better than any incarnation I've seen since

1976 - Municipal Auditorium, Nashville, TN

UFO
Michael Stanley Band
Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band
Kiss

All four acts were tremendous. Seger and the Silver Bullet Band put on a hell of a show that night. Kiss was at the height of their glory and they did not disappoint.

Squire was in the show. Dude is a beast. Wore a duster and was all over the stage. Did you see them in the round? My sister saw them in the round in Atlanta.

Yes, I saw them in the round. Amazing show at their very best. At that time, they were considered one of the best(if not the best) touring bands.

I thought you were talking about the 1990 show at Mud Island

Rod Stewart at Chastain, Atl. (Yes, I love Rod Stewart)

Worst concert was Bob Dylan last year at Chastain. Poor Zimmy. :hmm:

Honestly, Kansas at the Foothills Fall Festival was a pretty awesome show.

Manchester Orchestra in Columbia, SC was pretty good. I don't go to big shows that often.

I loved Black Keys at 'Roo last year.

Yeah it was a good show but too short. They didn't use up all of their alloted time.

My favourite concert was greenday at wembley stadium on 2010, a close second is Rodger waters the wall at the 02 arena 2011

Have a great time, Yankee Vol. I'd love to see ZBB. I saw Eric Church with Brantley Gilbert last month, and he put on a great show. Perfect mix of rock and country. Plus, it was a way to feel back in the South for a night instead of in Michigan. I highly recommend seeing those guys.

in no order

Hank Williams III
Buckethead
Mastodon
David Allan Coe
Slayer
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Pantera
Primus
The Allman Brothers Band
