No the whole movie is corny. The dialogue and acting. The guy in the back seat and the beginning is cringe.

Shoestring budget and I totally disagree. Plenty of classic lines and the WALK at the beginning credits? Brilliant use of music and flashbacks. Now I gotta watch it again! :gone:

The diner scene by itself is one of the best in cinematic history.

Tarantino is a master writer of dialogue. I suggest trying to write a screenplay and then see how a table read goes. You will then know what it takes to write dialogue.
